The blue shaded entries under "Tonight | Calendar", has the text cut off and cannot be viewed. Searching for "Luna" does not find the Earth's moon. How can an "astronomy" app not include the name of Earth's moon? Too many bugs (this was not a complete list--there are more) for such an expensive app.
does not work most of the time
I bought this android app to use its Compass function to set up the polar alignment for my star tracker. It worked fine at the beginning on my Samsung S24 Ultra, but it didn't work after a few uses. Occasionally, it worked again, very frustrating! What could go wrong? The same issue with another user on his Samsung S25 Ultra. What could go wrong with this app?

I Cannot get it Connect with my Sky Watcher Star Adventure GTI Very disappointed.
Night sky is too bright at night. No stars to be seen. Now the screen has gone black. Version 6 was better.
Does not connect with telescope!
Ugly and unituive UI. Deep sky option to show images on the charts works ONCE, after the installation, then it's gone. Many people reported it, nobody cared. I surely prefer Stellarium.
Much of the time, I open version 5 instead because 7 is so bloated with options I just don't have the time or desire to learn. My biggest gripes are: 1.) If you live in the city and want to declutter the display, you can use a slider and see the unwanted stars drop out, but the slider for DSO's simply doesn't work. They all stay clogging up the display and 2.) Tonight's Best list should show directions and elevations so you know not to bother with objects hidden by trees, terrain or clouds.
For some reason the app is misaligned. When pointing my phone to the sky the objects on the screen are always quite a distance from reality. This makes it quite difficult to identify objects in the sky with the app.
Stupid app keeps using the phones gyroscope when trying to use it inside. Also, stop advertising this thing on StarSense. It's a different app. Stop.
It is not adjusting to what I want to see. And it's difficult to optimize.
This app sells itself as turnkey method to control celestron scopes. It doesnt work on my Evolution C8. Additional downloads and some tweaking of network settings are needed to control the various scopes - they are not included in the app but need downloading after purchase. I'm not a tech guru, so it's not for me.
Bugs, bugs, bugs. There are a lot of screen formatting errors and a host of other errors. Very frustrating. If you add equipment to Binoculars the first one is fine. When you add another, each one is "copied" to the other's and they are all identical. This is clearly a reference error of some kind. You also cannot delete them either--when you the select trash can nothing happens. This is an expensive app--more expensive than most others. I really wanted to like it but I just can't.
Worked great for a few weeks on my Samsung s20 ultra. Then crashed, and now refuses to open.
