its an ordinary trash that very often it cant stream saying it's on many devices while i am trying to stream from my phone to TV through WiFi, and connection and app are veery slow. Also they are changing policies very fast, i bought license and after few months they changed tiers adding additional tear for without adds... so I have to upgrade already paid license to newer... Will never renew existing one...
Why not a simple "visit this website and enter this code to login" instead of the horrible login experience you have now. Terrible UX design to write anything with a TV remote-all other streaming platforms learned this by now. Then there is also the English subtitles, which have a black background and follows neither my account settings nor Android TV subtitle settings. Just atrocious monotype font with black background. This is not the case in other subtitle languages. They look fine...

this streaming service is lacking way too many functions that users have grown accustomed to from other streaming services. I find new functions I'm missing here every single day, it really isn't worth the price. canceled subscription one day after signing up. two stars for content, changed to one for your reply! it's also outrageous that you force standard and premium subscribers to see your content ads without even the option to skip it. literally any other streaming service is better!!
No HDR on Google tv

Laggy, slow and crashing all the time. Download of offline movies is really slow and crashes if que is longer than 2 movies. Worst of the streaming apps.

You cant install on it
After so many months and update, you still can't view any shows or films without failing buffering, rusulting in stuttering. The only streaming service that does that. I pay for it, so fix it! (edit: are you seriously answering by directing me to customer service? Fix the app. you are making it worse with your standard replies)

It was a very unpleasant experience, it is not possible to change the language and instead of using the system one, the company thought it was a brilliant idea to use the IP address one, great job 👍. You lost a client and I will make sure no one that I know will have subscribe to this until this issue is fixed.
before open app no have to change selected language. im know english but ita work romana. apps can't ideas for system language.
The app on my Smart TV does not recognize my username and password. So I have to cast from my mobile app to the TV. Although most of the time the mobile app doesn't cast at all. In conclusion, both the mobile and the smart TV app are junk.
One of the worst in everything, titles and app . episodes in shows savailable 5-6 days after rls. Movies and show selctions terrible. only price is ok.
Just found out that paramount is removing star trek from Netflix to force people to subscribe to their service. Star trek. Well, that means I'm unsubscribing.

Cannot cancel monthly payment inside the application it's really disappointing !!!! You have to go on the website to do so ! It should be added an option for inside the app.

I bought for the 2024 Black Friday a lifetime price for 4euros per month (premium service) and now they've canceled it because i didn't pay for a month. how is it a lifetime price if then you cancel it?
it keeps crashing.. sometimes I get random lines on the screen like green and white. right now it bugged again and I tried closing and reopening the app but it couldn't be opened and crashed instantly. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it and.. it crashed again + my phone just RESTARTED?! Now I had to download it again?! let's see if it will work this time..
