Couldn't shut the alarm off, even after a restart it kept going off with a different alarm sound.

Really good until recently. Now it seems to be AI emojis everywhere. I don't need a crying face if I typo a maths question...
Sleep analysis (cycles) doesn't work completely, and it's a huge part of the app, even morning alarm should be based on cycles - so I don't think anything works reliable in my case. I've requested a refund via email and I do want it
the fkn ads man. one day somethings normal one day its premium. i dont mind watchig ads to unlock things for a day. or general ads for advanced features. but now having to pay to edit a nights sleep? because the app recorded it wrong? now my entire averge is fooked. a lot of us dont mind ads. but be consistent. literally thrown out 7 other trackig app metrifs and my google account. disabled people spend enough money, let us fon try something for free so we know we are investing.
won't work on OnePlus Watch 3... Tried twice! Either that or it's so complicated that I missed something in set up. Won't be renewing that subscription.
Been a user for 10 years, lately some free features like smart wakeup turned premium . Thats not a way to get my money , very disappointed , uninstalled.
This used to be great. But the recent garmin updates have stopped tracking working

I will be switching to a different one since its affecting my job and I don't want to lose sleep being anxious every night wondering if it will go off.
The alarms do not sound at the volume I have set for them. I have my alarms in this app set for the highest volume as I am a very deep sleeper. If I have my phone's master volume set lower then this alarm will start at the lower volume and I cannot hear it. Sometimes I want to listen to something quiet while I fall asleep but this makes this alarm app completely ineffective. I do not have this issue with other alarms or apps. Is there a way to set this app to override the phone's master volume?
After growing frustrated about Sleep² not addressing any of their several usability issues for months, I decided to give the competition a try. Quite a letdown, I have to say, after realizing this can't even derive sleep phases from heart rate data only. Movement sensor just doesn't work for me, as I always have my partner and/or our 2-year old kid in bed with me (so far the app hasn't even managed to produce a phase graph from the data it's getting). Quitting the experiment after a few days.
