useless app, you cannot go to the toilet during the night because it assumes you are awake and cancels your alarm. Thanks for destroying my inportant visit
this app is almost impossible to cancel the subscription. i have been trying for 4 years. it no longer appeares on my google subscription page so i cannot find it. havent used it for 5 years but still can not find it so i can cancel the subscription even after endless communnication with Sleep cycle themselves . very annouying
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I tried to cancel my subscription before the trial date ended. apparently it didn't go through because I was notified that I was charged $46.49 I immediately cancelled as soon as I got the notice of payment charges. It was reviewed for 3 days and the charges stand. The app didn't even work. it said I got zero hours of sleep when I used it. Very inaccurate.

The app says I was in DEEP SLEEP from 4 to 8! and there's no way I can find to add or delete sleep to this app. I give up and uninstalling.
Basically a paid app, no utility unless you subscribe
Used to be so good, but I don't want to sign up for an account to track my own sleep on my own phone. When you first launch the app it also seems to play a longer than needed animation telling you about the app. Theres no way to skip it and closing the app restarts it. Might want to get rid of that if you want to keep any returning users. The app might have still been worth it, but I guess I'll never know. The subscription model AND no offline mode is a dealbreaker.

First night I was impressed. Caught my sleep talking and snoring. But then, It stopped recording. There is no audio available for the last two nights. Update: I've figured that the app only records sounds if I manually erase the recordings from the previous night.

it doesn't work when the fan or ac is on, in middle east and asia we have long summer hence ac and fans at night are common so it should work accordingly. i want refund
no way to turn off the notification ads for premium. i did not sign up for my alarm clock to buzz me with ads. this app was so handy. too bad though, uninstalled. not coming back.

- i find i sleep better without it. - it misjudges time taken to fall asleep at least twice per week. if it gets that wrong, what reason is there to be confident that it really knows when youre in deep sleep? i asked for a refund but did not get one.

I was using this as an alarm for years and the smart alarm was a nice feature. The only free thing it gave you. Suddenly tonight I went to set the smart alarm like I do every night and discovered they now made it a paid feature... Disappointing. They need to fix their sales model. They don't even offer a free trial. Maybe if I actually tried out the paid features first I would have started paying. They only have an annual billing option too.

latest update 17/03/2026 now this smart alarm is only for premium user. might as well uninstall and just use normal alarm getting more inaccurate after so much updates. Alarm once I turn off, it still sounds until I go back to the main page where you can set the alarm
They just subscription pay-walled the Smart Alarm, one of the primary and most popular functions of the app, which costs them nothing. Thankfully "Sleep as Android: Smart Alarm" also has this feature so I've switched and not looking back. Beware of these developers, they'll remove features in attempt for more profit.

It was an amazing app, I have the premium plan however on my new phone Galaxy S26 Ultra it has a huge bug, doesnt work. Hope soon this bug can be fixed.
I don't want to pay year and I think it's a bit ridiculous.I don't have the option to pay monthly.
Totally ineffective. 1) recorded me as sleeping when I was cleaning the fridge and taking my tesco delivery in while chatting with my parents. 2) phone then decided to delete that and record sleep, but inverted the times: woke up at 6, that was when it recorded my deepest sleep. 3) App refuses to download to watch, no issue with any others.
Recent update has made this app unusable. It freezes when opened and is non-functional. Been using it for years and now it's defunct.
I've been using this app since like 2023 or something... And as of right now? I got Revolut Premium to buy it for me, but I'm like... I'm having nightmares, from just the song alone. I'm trying to wake up, but I was like: "I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME. PLEASE JUST LISTEN, AND STOP WAKING ME UP AT THESE TIMES! PLEASE!" but of course it was a dream, so it wasn't audible.

Completely disappointed after purchasing this app. It shows me constantly sleeping throughout the night, even though I know I was awake to use the bathroom and let the dog out. my watch tracks me being awake during those periods, but this app shows no movement or noise. Yes I have the permission on for microphone and have turned on the sensors in the watch app. So disappointed with this purchase.
I've been using this app for years without issue. Almost a decade. However, I just received a notification to prompt me to get the premium version. I've been using this app all this time because it hasn't pestered me to do so.
They are slowly removing features and putting them behind a pay wall. I used to pay for this app, but had to temporarily cancel my subscription until i can afford to budget it. They removed the ability to have a "wake-up window" in the free version, so I guess I will be deleting the whole thing and not paying again in the future. I have recommended it to many people and it is disappointing to see them cutting corners wherever they have to squeeze people into paying. Otherwise it works fine.
