Very disappointing experience with Slice video KYC.My father was opening a Slice account for the first time. He has a genuine 25+ year old PAN card, and I was only helping him switch the camera during the call. The KYC executive behaved rudely, wrongly said the PAN card was not original, and disconnected the call without proper explanation.Very unprofessional behavior towards new customers. Expected better customer handling and respect, especially for senior users who may need basic assistance.
bad app my cibil is 746 but not giving loan
kindly call Sir I paid my last EMI in January 2026 but still it's showing an active loan, I try whatapp call, Simple call but no one is answering it. i send email also for this.

This is a scam app. In the name of penalty fees, they loot and harass people even if u miss your payment just by a day. I'll be anyway writing a complaint against slice to RBI/consumer forum
Very disappointing experience with Slice account services. My account was put under credit freeze, and even after contacting customer support multiple times and submitting the required details, there has been no proper resolution. The support team keeps giving repeated responses without actually solving the issue. Extremely poor customer service, lack of transparency, and unnecessary delays. This kind of experience creates stress and loss of trust for customers. I expected better support.

Cashback offers are very disappointing. Most games/tasks are useless and rewards are either too low or not received properly. Expected better cashback experience from the app.
this app has very bad policy.. using it for months.. repay loans/debt in time.. increased my purchase power and cibil score but then this app keep giving option of apply for credit card.. when I do apply for credit card they didn't approve due to their policy criteria fine but then they remove option of borrow from my account due to their policy so now I neither get credit card nor and borrow option is also gone.. so basically it's useless app for me as I can't borrow money anymore..
Not accepting payment from zerodha/dhan I asked customer care team they told me currently slice savings account not accepted payment from trading account. Please add this feature zerodha/dhan processed payment via NEFT also not accepted.

i have been with this bank from more than 6yrs . Don't get fooled by this ,i have not missed any repayment schedule,after 6yrs my barrow limit was reduced to zero from 2 lakhs ,1st i was told that u have unclear dues. I cleard my dues before there exact timings.Now they are telling me that we can't change your barrow limit due to internal risk policies,Did i missed any repayment date ??? What i was doing with this bank from past 6 yrs ???? even though i have a good credit score
purchase power not increasing from last 3 years, I always paid every due before the time. I'm disappointed and definitely going to uninstall it.
worst app in case of communication. no real time interaction is there. Every time AI gives replies and they bounce every query or problem as AI Automated. the worst communication I ever experienced.
Because the executives don't know how to talk they talk in a very rude manner as if a loan has been taken from them and what's more they don't know Hindi
