Does not work on either of my android devices. It will not allow you to use anything. Same problem a few months ago on my husbands phone.
poor app
cant see menu its blank when i click on menu. Please sort this out now
after selecting a meal and choosing your options, the app frequently mistakes scrolling up (pulling your finger down on the screen) for refreshing the page (the same action) so you try and scroll the page and it refreshes and loses anything you've selected
The screens never actually recognise my account, so its basically useless as an app.

Tried to sign up before our first visit to get a freebie, but no joy. The app just continually pestered me to turn on Bluetooth and location and notifications and refuse to progress unless they got hold of my phone number. No thank you. For what it's worth the food was nice (purchased without app) but a bit pricey for fast food.
Just a cluttered mess of an app. Makes you search for delivery option locations and then just tells you there is a Slim Chickens there with no further options. Multiple parts take you to a page telling you to download the app while you are on the app. Truly a waste of time.
Really bad. My Home and Wallet screens are showing exactly the same content. The Account tab has all my details on as if it's waiting for me to submit something. The app is just as bad as the interface on the tablets in store.
Never scans at the machine, you have to use at the counter. But there's no one at the counter as they're all busy preparing the food. Just enjoy the chicken and don't waste your time with this useless loyalty scheme.
clunky and slow, the 'games' are impossible to win because the controls are awful and glitchy. can't even use the offers at the self service screens in the restaurant... what's the point?

Worst app I've seen - built by some idiots. Never loads information correctly, it's poorly designed and it's poorly coded. Must have been some cheaply paid endeavour.
Love Slim Chickens. Rapidly becoming my favourite fast food chain. But the app never works. I scan it every time I go to the self-service machine, but the loyalty card never updates.
Shocking app no matter how many times I scan the QR code never gety stamps added and none of the offers on the app work avoid!

Download to get wings for cheaper, awful app
Great food but terrible app which crashes and doesn't let you sign up. After three attempts to order, I went to the store and did it in person.
Very bad app. Frequently advertised offers in store that are app only but then the offers never appear on the app. They can be featured ot the top of the front page but clicking on them just takes you to an empty wallet.
I have missing stamps and had no reply from customer service.
Worst app, won't let me sign in because another account was used on device!

I'll remove this review once they update the app, the x is over the menu button, the click and collect button doesn't work, it keeps saying download the Slim Chickens app on the app. If they fix these issues, I'll remove the review, I love slim chickens but this app is terrible right now.

Had it for a while and used it one 3 occasions to get stamps and does not work, alsi was surprised to see the combo meal deal gone.

Poster at metro centre store advertising wrap meal for 6.95. Tried to order instore but told it was only through app. Downloaded and tried to register but just kept saying failed. Other people instore having same problem. Nice scam to get people instore 👍
Not good, cannot even register
This app is shocking. What would load didn't tell me enough and I've downloaded you app because your website says is the best way to search. Why does the app then open the website?

Multiple Crashes, waste of time downloading, just order at the till.
App doesn't seem to want you to order while in restaurant. No obvious table number entry and demands a time with no asap/I'm here options.
Probably the worst app so far. Scanned my app, haven't received my token yet after 24 hours. My wallet keeps disappearing now and again. This app is not use friendly, really buggy, and just not great at all. Nothing like other food apps.

Loyalty scheme doesn't seem to work at any of the Manchester restaurants. It'll scan but nothing will happen. Pointless.
