can't download the latest update which means I can no longer access my SW app, so frustrating
They seem to have changed or improved the app and are now telling me it's not compatible with my device and to "contact the developers." Who are the developers? Where are the developers? How do I contact the developers? Thanks for that. Not impressed.....😡😡😡
absolutely terrible your new app is a waste of time your experts have fixed it twice and now another update . makes me wonder about going elsewhere
Can't navigate the app properly, can't ever find what I'm looking for. It needs to be laid out better, and more simplified. Not worth £26 a month... cancelled it all, but will carry on using the books that I received in the post but I'm done with SW. The actual group i attended was awful too, but that's a review for another time haha.
