did not record. this app shows exactly zero feet no matter what I do. it did however collect my email address.
want credit card info for anything useful. should be advertised as not free. Misleading disappointment.
Scam free trial. Don't fall for it. You sign up for the seven day free trial, cancel with Google before the charging date, then get charged anyway. Shoddy charging practices like this are the bane of Google. Avoid like the plague.
I'm always hoping this app will be a fun game. But it never is.

No longer shows stats of your previous run on free version. I loved being able to see my fastest speed of the run I just did, now it only show stats of your first run.
Interface is counter-intuitive, speeds and altitudes are very inaccurate. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

Every single time I try to do any single thing on this app, I am taken to a screen asking that I connect my health information. Sick of it. I'm paying for the subscription give me an option to have it not ask me to connect my health information every single time I go to a new page. I don't have a smartwatch I'm not going to connect my health information.
App works decently well, but I tried the free trial of the premium version, where the app said it would send me a notification a day before the trial ended to see if I wanted to keep it. They never sent a notification and I was charged for a year of premium. Scummy and distrustful. Notifications are enabled for this app, there is no notification in my notifications history.

They want access to way too much. You can't use the app until you do things like invite a friend to the app, plan your next trip and sign up for the 1 week free premium trial!

Extremely lame to have different feature sets on the IOS and Android apps. Developers who do this suck eggs.
gimi free ski pass for 5 star review
Slightly disappointed. I expected way better lift detection than a simple down is a run up is a lift considering the access to maps. There was also no idle time even though the activity clearly had me stop a couple of times for a couple minutes. This could all be corrected if the timeline editor was easy to use. Unfortunately it's artificially limiting precision (minimum lift or run length) so I'm unable to properly adjust my recording. Insanely expensive as well, a week costs 8% of my ski pass.
This app seems to track runs well. It is fine for that. However, it syncs with Health Connect in the most useless way possible. It'll read, but it won't write, which basically means it's happy to harvest your data from Health Connect, but won't contribute to it. If you need a stand alone app to track your runs, by all means use this one. But if you want one that'll write data to Health Connect you'll have to keep looking.
