Broke after update, so I can't log in now. Six months later, AT&T still hasn't fixed the app. I checked other reviews. The same error has been occurring for at least five years and the bug is still not fixed!

Keep encountering a glitch where my phone is detected as a new device literally every day. It's getting quite annoying, especially that I have to keep track of what devices are on my wifi. (Even more frustrating when I'm paying $90/month for this service)

This app is not good at all. for the second year in a row we tried to use it to swap internet hubs and it doesn't work. Don't use this app. Go ahead and call tech support since you will have to anyway.

Active armor advanced which you pay an extra $7 a month for does not work, after creating child profiles, the content filter screen is just blank, no options to toggle on or off, uninstalled app removed added back profiles nothing fixes it.

App is extremely slow and laggy. You can't do anything quickly, if there's an issue with your network, the solution always is "reset your modem this usually solves most issues".

Very buggy on pixel 9. Opens pages that don't exist, and the biometric login doesn't work, necessitating password login about 3 or 4 times every time you want to use the app, regardless of whether you tell it to leave you logged in. It also choked when you have an internet outage, so please work on this, it's not very usable and as a new customer I'm kind of frustrated.

App doesnt work properly. speed test fails and says "Oops! Something went wrong, try again. Never does anything other than show the same message over and over. AI assistant is useless at addressing this issue. App used to work great. Somebody screwed up an update I guess
