it's useless. the app is crashing down.
never got on. I won't share info with someone I don't know.
I uploaded my video and then the AI told me that it could not translate the video or download it. I'm very confused. waste of time
initially was working great but recently my recording aren't saving 😕 the app closes when I hit save.
after auto renewal, the Smartnoter Premium will not recognize the renewal. Smartnoter support will not help and neither will Google play

I did not buy this app, yet I was charged $43.19 for Smart Noter and another $43.19 for Smart Noter AI. I haven't even used them because I don't know what they are.

can't detect multiple languages, very inaccurate if you speak two languages and one with many dialects, but I got it to be fast rather then writing myself so it became useless in my case

Did not record and transcribe gad only 1 day and refused to refund money. Don't not buy apps from Google Play. I will post on Facebook, Instagram everywhere. I hadv1vday never work. no error. message. no person to speak to. Filing claim with credited. if u p ay fir service iir should w p rk. if they cannot provide a fix they should not be able to keep you p ur v money. I am going to teportbto Better Business Beuresu and the Federal Trade Commission.
The AI summary is very generic and it doesn't highlight the items clearly to follow up on. I was hoping for more detailed summary. Another complaint, the description of the annual fee of $42 was supposed to be for using the app for the whole year and I was very happy with that, but it turns out it was an addition to the $10/week which is very pricy.
PAYWALL, DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!! do not listen to reviews they are lies. absolute paywall trying to save a few precious seconds of your life.
While the note-taking works well, my credit card has been charged incorrectly 3 to 4 times per month since the subscription started. That’s why I had to cancel the subscription.

I'm subscribed for pro version but can't even use the service. Putting a bad review until this is fixed. i was charged fir yearly and weekly because pro would not unlock even though it says I have pro features. very frustrating!

It obviously isn't perfect, but it does what it has to decently enough. The GUI is intuitive enough. It's simple and not superfluous. That said, I take HUGE issue with lack of transparency when it comes to being able to check your subscription IN the app. I started the free trial version, and before deciding whether to cancel, I wanted to check my options if I'd keep using this app. I was taken back by the outrageously high WEEKLY fee and wanted to check for a considerably cheaper option. Can't!
Very limited free version, not quick to use.
