I hate this app so far. they make it look all nice and clean and clear and so far I can't even get into it because it wants me to buy it again. I'm really upset. I can't find an easy way to text or email somebody. I'm really mad. yes I am. I should be able to get in with no problem but it just keeps asking me to pay again and pay again and pay again and pay again. someone needs to get with it and figure out what's going on. COST $ (Edited) I tried using it and closing out the part where you have to put in a credit card and I couldn't get around it I'll try it again. if I can get around it I'll change my review.

Setup instructions are obtuse and the most confusing set of limited information/ directions I've ever seen. Downloaded software isn't any better. Right out of the gate your hit with improved services for an ongoing fee, required update messages at every click (PDF and print tools). What happened to "download app and follow directions." I read reviews before purchasing. My bad for ignoring the numerous complaints about setup issues. HP must consider us fools...
horrible interface. I would never pay money for an app that does not do anything. it does not interface with my HP Deskjet 4252e and it constantly tells me that it's not available and it's there as a computer scientist. I find this very complicated and very messed up. I would delete this app instantly so don't charge me

a rebadged app that looks exactly like another app which also scams via requiring a subscription. the heck is up with everyone being as scummy as possible these days.

I have a LOT of TROUBLE getting my documents to print. When they do print, it's only a partial print. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I haven't been able to get any satisfactory help.
Be careful, folks! I have been charged $8.63 FOUR TIMES in the month of March (2026) alone for Smart Printer! I don't remember being told ANYWHERE that I was walking into a subscription of this magnitude just because I wanted to see if I could link my cell and my printer for one stinking form I needed! I would never have agreed. I didn't notice the first few withdrawals because I have a lot going on. Smart Printer, you have STOLEN $34 + from an elderly widow in a single month. Proud of yourself?
too complicated to set up on mobile device and I have to PAY A SUBSCRIPTION FEE....ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I OWN THE PRINTER I HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION FOR INK AND PAPER. NOW AM TO PAY TO PRINT FROM MY PHONE. You people drink some mad puss piss fah sure.
