technical difficulties adding device
Very misleading and definitely not an HP app (even though it looks like the HP app, but you don't have to pay to use the HP app). I would never pay to use this app, or download it again now that I know.
This is nothing but frud. I couldn't use the printer after singing up for trial. Yet another payment is scheduled to be deducted from my account.

I needed an app to print envelopes, however it has no way to adjust paper size. There are NO options regarding layout. This app is bad and the developers should feel bad.

don't sign up you will be charged even if you cancel before the end of the free trail. I have requested a refund let's see where this gets to. it's absolutely disgusting way to get money out of people. still no response after 2 emails over 5 days now have to escalate this via my bank
