Its 2026. Connecting a printer shouldnt require all these downloads and permissions. Should take less than 10 minutes, not a whole hour.

My charge was due on May 8th and they charged my card on May 2. it's only $7, but that's definitely not good for business. Bill dates are set for a reason. This app is not worth trying it has better out there

I was looking for an easy app to help my print out some photos of my late wife and when I tried this one I couldn't understand so left. What I also didn't understand was it automatically started to charge me for a weekly subscription without me knowing. By the time my daughter's helped me figure out what was going on with my accounts it had charged me 8 times I have never actually used this service and would never recommend it they wouldn't even refund me.

absolutely worthless app. you cant print without paying a subscription. I paid 100 dollars for a printer and now have to pay a subscription, I dont need all the extra stuff you off only to print from my phone. I will be throwing this printer away and buying something else. I wish I could give 0 stars for this major inconvenience.

grifter printer companies and their subscriptions for every function. $7 a week for basic features is madness. if I'd known it had gotten so out of hand I'd have bought a Lazer printer. yeesh. smart printer app isn't particularly useful anyway, not sure why they're spamming me with subscription prompts but uninstalling.

⚠️ Never give a review for anything, but I had to for this one. Don't listen to the free trial option they have, that is a blatant lie that puts you instantly into a subscription mode. I honestly hate false advertising. I have seen many more options labelled "Printer" and this is a reoccurring theme they seem to have. Subscribe cautiously, you have been warned!! ⚠️

dodgy..... sponsored app not the free hp version. this forces you to subscribe and eat to make a mistake installing it.
they are so sorry that the app did not meet that reviewer's expectations... however, it seems that the app doesn't meet ANYONE 'S expectations. there are several apps that get the job done ...and are free! save your money and your sanity. pass on this one...
