I can't use the Points anymore. It's been a few days since I've saved up a lot of Points. There are still a lot of bugs in the Apps. And I have to log in every time I open the apps.
I should ask... How many days? point will be back? it's gone in April 5 and still never recovered this days.I have been years user of this app but this absulutely shock me fr. I keep waiting for it to come back but still 0 points? hope really does smart doing their own job.. please😮💨

try finding your details bill..the app goes in sleep mode. the provider want you to pay and not know what you are paying for

This app is notorious in deleting all linked accounts without notifying me and authorization. Then they require you to linked them all again even if all those sim cards are registered to my name which is extremely frustrating. Then when you contact their email to complian, for some reason they will repeat on sending you email asking the same personal detail several times with caveat that if you don't the ticket will be close - even if you keep on answering it. And this is the 2nd time.

I got an issued where my load won't even got all the data, when I load a all data 99 it have a promo where you get in all data 99 you get a 14gb and the 6gb you load for,when I load my all data 99 it only registered a 6gb load but where is the 14gb? It did say the app will add the 14gb with the 6gb but I only got the 6gb promo for, so where did the 14gb go to? I already update the app so long that there are no updated happening.I expected I will givin a 20gb load but not I only got the 6gb only

I’m extremely disappointed with Smart Communications because the internet connection has been very unstable lately. My load is being wasted because the internet connection is unstable. I hope this issue gets resolved urgently.
No signal smart sa Balintawak 1-0 bar, no internet since mid-October last year pa. Napa switch na lang ako ng ibang network. No help din CS.
I always register weekly 99. I have a lot of points and now it's all gone. Even though it's updated, it says no connection or error.
