Can't log in. it keeps telling me to set up MFA but then brings me to a screen with all my info, sends me a code and never gives me a way to enter the code. The login screen also does not trigger password managers meaning that you need to manually type your username and password to log in.
The bugs get worse every time. After the latest update, we are unable to use our rewards. It keeps telling us we have a reward available to use, but then doesnt use that available amount and it just disappears. we lost TWO $15 rewards now, and now it says there is a $14 reward ready to use that will disappear in a day or two because we tried but it doesn't get credited towards our purchases.
Asks for way too much personal info (driver's license number, SSN, etc.)...all just to get 10 cents off gas.
I don't understand why it's not allowing me to open the rewards app. it keeps shutting and that's not a great service. very disappointed.
Requires you to sign up for two-factor authentication that doesn't actually work. I've been texted codes about 6 times without being able to enter them anywhere.

It sucks!! Forces you to enable notifications then won't let you go any further! I was to excited to get a Cumberland Farms in my area but since I can't use the app to Circle K I go 🙄
employees don't know how to use it I had 15 dollars every time they tried to use the rewards it was keeping charging my card. so I gave up and deleted. I went in 4 different Cumberland farm same thing.
Just got this app again after a few years, come to find out there's a bug where you can't get past the 2 factor authentication screen so I've now wasted over 10min trying to get it to work just to find out it doesn't
when I downloaded this app last year it did not require a password. with the new update it now requires a password. not everyone can remember passwords to every single app on their phone.
forced into 2fa. but, 2fa doesn't work. so... app is just wasting space. don't bother downloading.
it's pretty sad when you activate your savings and they aren't used. I was on the rewards for Monster, I should have gotten the one I just got for free, but I had to pay for it. I should have had points that I activated taken off for gas, but I still had to pay full price. I worked at a gas station that deals with this app. you wanted us to keep pushing for people to put their phone numbers in for points and yet, THEY AREN'T ABLE TO ACTUALLY CLAIM THE POINTS THAT THEY EARNED! glad I quit!

Can't even access the app I put in my info and it tries to send me a code via text and I never receive anything. It's been nothing but problems on this app.

This app is terrible it's saying there is a new update and there is none and it won't open until you update good luck 👍 unistalling and unintelligible app!!!!!....also "WARNING ⚠️ " do not attach any Credit or Debit Cards app is Broken and hasn't been fixed forever beware!!!!!...It's still TERRIBLE YOU CAN'T LOG IN 😕 FIX IT WOOOOOOW!!!!

app is absolutely garbage. wants 2 step verification but doesn't change to a screen, where you can input the code recieved via text. looked up issues from Google. uninstall, reinstalled cleared data, cleared cache. same issue. how are we to save at the pump when your app doesn't even work. clever sales ploy. make an app to save. but make sure app does t work. pay full price. good luck getting my family back in the store.

App doesn't work. keeps telling me to update. go to play store, uninstall, and install. still tells me to update. the app is a joke 👎👎. I've tried numerous times to install this app. It keeps installing smart pay instead of rewards. Also, immediately after installing it still tells me an update is available, over and over again. Not worth the hassle. You'd think that by now they'd have it straightened out.

this app will not open it says update there is a new version in app store so when you go back there is no update button I've been trying to use this app since they started the smart rewards. I shop at turkey hill everyday I probably have a million points and have no idea how to see them ore use them
I downloaded then uninstalled and reinstalled the app in case it was a random glitch. it is not. I sign in and it asks me if I want to enable two factor, I hit enable because they don't give me another option. it takes me to where I can review my account info but when I hit complete all it does is trigger a text with a two factor code and does NOT transition to a window where I can input said code, it stays on my account info window. developers, fix this please.
I install the app, open the app & it immediately says there is a new version available so I click update but there is no update available.. just an endless loop 😒

two step authentication has a glitch will not move past the screen with account details to allow access to the app .. can't log in thru computer either.. please fix im missing out on my rewards
doesn't even work on my phone anymore, which is a Pixel 10a. Needs to be updated apparently to work with newer phones I'm guessing I've deleted reinstallalled numerous times deleted cache and storage data many times just to see if that would work, all to no avail. would give 5 ⭐ again if problem would get resolved. We'll see?

The app is complete trash since the last update. requires 2 factor authentication but nowhere to add the code to complete the setup of 2FA. having a discounted gas price is great, but there's no easy way to take advantage of the offer. I guess I will be looking for another place to fill gas.

can't get into this app
i had the old version of smart pay 4 years ago and it was great. they just built a cumbies by me so i thought id get the app back. well it is not userfriendly. with and account it forces you politely to enable 2 step verification, no other option. then when you verify your info (and if its wrong cant change it here) it sends a mystery code, and stays on verify your info page with no place to put in code.
