I am being redirected for update but no update listed in Google Pay site, only uninstall and install!!!!
I uninstalled it twice. it keeps saying new updated version. so tried and couldn't. so I deleted it again.
Paying for fuel with the app takes multiple days to process. By the time the app finishes processing payment, I don't have the same amount of money as when I first paid, causing insufficient fund fees. At this point I have saved less than without the app

the app doesn't work in store half of the time and the app never works at the pump the deals are not great and deals are not curated to the account you don't get certain deals based on what you buy so what is the point of having the app and I've heard that if the workers don't ask if you have smart rewards they could get fired but the stores have no way to regulate if the worker is asking the customer if they have rewards or not the stores don't record audio
Terrible app. It wouldn't pick it my "near by" location even though my location on their map was showing me at the correct spot. Then I finally manually searched it and two times got denied through the app but both times they held $100 each.... A few days ago...so I'm out money until they decide to release it from a product I never received.

it won't install or update
keeps telling me to update when there is no update!!!!
Where do I start? The last month has been a clown show dealing with CF customer support for the app and the rewards card. The last couple of years were great until I got a new phone running on Android 16. The app does not send a code for authentication. The T-Mobile rep tried to fix it but it's totally on their end and it's still not resolved. I tried using the cards after they sent a new one but got declined after one time use. I'm done with the ridiculousness. Bye Felicia.

my points are not accumulating and haven't for at least two months, I get gas here all the time and buy stuff in the store. I have tried calling customer service, no one ever answers. Tried emailing also, with no resolution.
app is not good, totally useless...I have downloaded, uninstalled,downloaded, uninstalled , shut my phone off, did the whole 9 yards thing more than once and still cannot get the app to work took it to the store people behind the counter also could not help, customer in line tried , couldn't get it work, it keeps saying to update but there's nothing to update..... totally useless app

completely unable to enter the pump number. I used to have to rotate the screen, but now the screen won't rotate. have to go into the store, scan and guess how much gas I need. Aggravating
keeps telling me to update so I go to the play store and all it says is open nothing about an update. So I Uninstall it and re install and I get the same thing.
