For about a month now, all I can do is turn on/off my TV's. If I try to open the remote on a specific TV, all it does is "downloading" and once it reaches 100%, nothing happens; it just stays stuck on 100%. I've tried rebooting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, flashing my TV's. Nothing. On top of that, the app isn't compatible with the new Alexa AI. All it can do is turn on or off the TV; it won't pause anything anymore.
this app doesn't always stay connected to my devices. it also lags about 60% of the time.
bought 3 Aircon from them, the hardware is a century behind real brands, and the software.... use soooo much bandwidth to collect your data you can't even use it to control your units
very very use less app trashy and I really suggest we don't need to download this app 😡😡😡

I am sight impaired and struggle to read LED screens. I purchased a Samsung washing machine to enable me to control it from my large tablet. the smartthings font is very small and very faint. the font need to be much bolder

I think that smart things is not to smart! I have many issues with it. when it works it works for a while. That's why it gets a 2 from me.
