meritorio que en la era de la IA se pueda hacer una aplicación tan lenta, torpe, y que falle con tantísima frecuencia. no sé cuánto cobran los desarrolladores, pero no se lo merecen
No entiendo por qué ahora todas las bicicletas eléctricas tienen una luz roja, es imposible. Los frenos no funcionan, las ruedas están desinfladas, no sé para qué estoy pagando a estas alturas.

Abans podia veure nombre de bicis mecaniques, electriques, i places lliures nomes amb el icona de la parada. Ara fins que no fas molt zoom al mapa els icones no indiquen res, i quan ho acaben indicant nomes diuen nombre de bicis, no donen info de les places lliures, has de clicar el icona i consultar-ho. Funcionava molt millor abans.

Cuando no faltan bicis, falla la wifi del punto y tienes que buscar otro. En puntos criticos como la estacion de Sants, en las horas punta no hay manera.

Quan aparques el cotxe, i comença el comptador, apareix una notificació al mòbil per a que no oblidis que estàs pagant. Doncs bé, sense voler, pots borrar la notificació. En Android es pot fer que no es pugui borrar la notificació amb un ForegroundService. Si us plau, implementeu-ho, de manera que mai oblidem que el comptador segueix comptant, i per tant, pagant.
La pitjor app de la història. La quantitat de temps que he perdut per culpa seva és incontable. I encara que sembli impossible, la nova versió és encara pitjor!

La app no guarda la sesión. En cada interacción me pide hacer login, aunque lo haya hecho hace unos instantes.

Unfortunately, the latest version of the Smou app is a big downgrade in terms of UX, for Bicing. As some others have mentioned, with the previous versions it was easy to see the availability of electric and mechanical bikes at the stations, but not anymore. The new interface requires a lot of extra clicks and navigation to see the availability of bikes. This is a classical example of enshittification; where you take something that works well and make it worse.

la experiencia com a usuari de bicing a la nova versió és terrible. literal la versió anterior era quasiperfecta (menys els mil pop ups que sortien cada vegada que ancorava la bici). El fet de fer zoom per veure la disponibilitat de bicis es un feature que no s'entén, al igual que treure el gràfic circular de blau, roig i gris... en fin, menys intuïtiu i lo pitjor que ningú havia demanat aquest canvi de disseny
En la nova versió, el mapa de bicing costa realment d'entendre sense fer zoom, clicks etc. Abans es veia la disponibilitat a primera vista.

I have technical problem in the app, I sent message about this to technical support. So after one month I checked my email and they didn't even answered. I can't use application for long time now. why people should buy your service with this attitude?
si la bici está rota (sin frenos) e intentas devolverla, te cobrarán el trayecto y encima tienes que esperarte 10 minutos para coger otra. esto si tienes la suerte de que hayan bicis, porque están casi siempre fuera de servicio o ausentes.
la carga del coche no funciona (dice que no está enchufando el coche). No nos funciona en cuentas diferentes después de la ultima actualización. esto ya nos pasó hace unos meses, y no funcionaba durante un mes en ningun parking de BSM) Funcionaba con la tarjeta del trabajador de smou (asi que no es el problema del cable). no se porque no tienen estadistica de errores despues de cada update. porque no puede ser que después de update la cantidad de rechazo por no ser enchufado sube 100600%.

No detecta bé el DNI i sempre posa el mateix error, per què no hi ha l'opció de pujar una imatge.
Si detectes falles bicicleta a mig camí, no pots reportar i agafar un altre a mig camí. Tampoc permet reportar incidencies de forma ràpida i àgil. Així està, majoria tenen falles. Si no trobes bicicleta elèctrica, imprescindible per anar a zones elevades, no pots agafar mecànica i després canviar per elèctrica en una altra estació de camí, pels 10 minuts entre servei. Per no parlar de les estacions buides. Nova versió = +disseny -solucions.
each time it updates it forgets my credentials. if I use it on my tablet it logs me out on my phone and vice versa. Even banking apps allow you to be logged in on multiple devices. They really should hire programmers from other countries here cause most websites and apps in this country don't work properly. this seems systemic.
Awful experience. Disgraceful App. Doesn't recognize my NIE document, which is in perfect conditions. I can't activate Bicing.

I love living in a city where the socioeconomic differences have made it impossible to invest in your own e-bike, because it will get stolen within a week. So you are forced to rely on the worst bike rental service ever known to man. The service is horrible. Never any bikes available when you need them. If you do find one there will always be something wrong with it. Bad brakes, low battery etc. If I could give it a negative -5 star review I would. Update 2025/12/11 : It still suck.

there's always a problem. bikes don't unlock, service not responding, server down, unable to subscribe to the bicing because goddamn card scanner doesn't scan an identity card and there's an error Spanish apps and service are always like this, especially Catalan
tardan días en responder. tenía una incidencia urgente por un vehículo alquilado que no se había dado de baja y me estaba cobrando a mí los parking... pues imposible hablar con nadie, cero soluciones en la app ninguna manera de impedir que me cobren.. cero atención al cliente. sólo sirven para cobrar

Such a bad app. and so many examples of better municipal biking apps to copy, Paris, London, San Francisco, all way better. It's bloated, bad UI, and no way for users/riders to give information to the admins.
Extremadamente lento, lleno de problemes técnicos y cada setmana te hace logout, y cuando necesitas la app no tienes la contraseña a mano (porque estás en la calle - es una app de movilidad). La única manera de hacer que te funcione es usar una contraseña tan insegura que la puedas recordar y entrar cada semana en el momento menos oportuno. Chicos, hay técnicas en Android para solventar estas cosas - informaos un poquito.

La aplicación da error de conexión constantemente cuando intento entrar a mi perfil y la web está caída.
Llevo años suscrito al bicing sin utilizarlo y ahora no logro darme de baja. Recibí un email que dice que puedo comprobar en la web o app si tengo la autorenovación activada. El apartado de la web que indican en el email no existe. El servicio de bicing no aparece como activado. Hay una opción para vincular una cuenta bicing preexistente, cosa que ya hice hace años, y por supuesto no funciona. Intento eliminar la tarjeta de crédito y no me deja porque dice que tengo una suscripción bicing activa

The state of the bikes are shocking. Most of them are dangerous to cycle with and definitely not roadworthy. Tires are worn, breaks are not working well and chains are randomly snapping. If tjis worth 50 euros / year for you, then go for it.
I don't know how this app is still around. I had an account before with bicing and now I want to activate it again and it doesn't recognise my NIE. when I try to scan it I have an error message where it says my DNI/NIE isn't recognised. please fix this ASAP, nobody answers
Antes funcionaba fantásticamente cuando era bicing ... Después de la última actualización ya no te deja ni entrar a la aplicación llevo tres semanas esperando a que me lo solucionen y me siguen dando largas un auténtico desastre mayo 2 sigue sin funcionar...solo con tarjeta! q desastre!
