mne COD pr order place kiya tha, payable amount tha 2354 ab jab parcel aa rahe hn tab wo mujhse 2548 pay karne ko bol rahe hn , CC se baat ki , unhone chat window hi close kar di meri, can't send any more texts. aur koi option h nhi apni problem batane ka, really disappointed.

1 product missing & 4 of them leaked the Carton was opened why not packed properly??? refund is of Points u expect me to purchase again after this negligence?? kindly do not buy from this they don't take responsibility for poor package they do 4 items and 1 of them missing mere 2 trial points given as refund is that better option
I initially thought smytten is a good app, but I ordered something of value 1009 and it's been 9+ days and my order is still not dispatched, I have contacted the customer support and each time I contact them they ask me to wait for 48-72 hours,I even commented on smyttens offical instagram page,they have also asked me to wait or else to cancel,this is very bad service from smytten,never expected this and this will be my last time I'm buying from smytten, poor customer service, wouldn't recommend
worst service ever do not buy from them. they send duplicate and fungus filled products which is completely split and do not take accountability

the app is a total scam they say they give u 100% cash back on ur trail order but we can't even use that money to buy anything scamming people out of their money just to run a business!! if u can't give free product to try be honest with it don't give the false info of that cashback we can buy the product directly instead of wasting money on this trail product which aren't even branded they are fake I would have bought any full size product instead.i want my money back!!!! be careful people !!!!

I've been a regular customer of this app for the past 2-3 years and now I'm highly disappointed with their changing policies and actions. They put an additional charge of ₹25 on every order, ₹5 extra for BOGO items and now they're not even applying wallet discount which was earlier applied automatically.

great you care members are unable to solve my issue instead of helping in my problem they are helping in deleting my smyten account wat a great service and one more great thing. i placed order on 29th March in coustomer chat live track status I came to know order cancelled on 4th April today 6th but it showing order will deliver by 6th.
