It's very difficult to use this app, it gets stuck after every click. Please look into it and fix the performance.
I am a regular customer and have ordered many products from this app. I have never requested a return or exchange before because I was always satisfied. However, this time I ordered a Sanfe product and I honestly did not like it at all. I raised a return request, but it was cancelled without a proper reason. I contacted the support team, but they were not helpful and did not provide a satisfactory solution. This was very disappointing. As a loyal customer, I expected much better customer service
this application platform earns money free of cost. They sell no sale products and testers. I would recommend that you don't purchase from here. It's selling no sale products.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with the Smytten . I ordered a product on 6th of june, and instead of receiving it, I keep receiving notifications extending the delivery date. To make matters worse, the product is available at a delivery hub right near my location. Smytten needs to improve their logistics and communication. Till today I didn't received my parcel.And now it is cancelled by smytten. And now they are telling that they cancelled the order by asking me on call.

delivers order so late,my pre-paid order got rescheduled again it was supposed to delivered 10 days before.Highly disappointed by this either deliver my order or initiate my refund ASAP.

I have ordered a trail product package along with a paid item on 12th june and have yet to receive it . its been over 2 weeks and the package has been delayed till now.i can't seems to raise a ticket,they dont have delivery partners number. this is the second time I have had an issue with this app.

Smitten has CHEATED me big time. I paid for some expensive products but the products never arrived. Website is showing products delivered. They took advance payment from me & have not delivered any products to me.. Complaints go to deaf ears. Smitten are SCAMSTERS & CHEATERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. written complaints. The only answer I get is delivered. I live alone, only received a message delivered, when I was at home & nobody came to my door. My order list been deleted cunningly.
