worst experience with this app. I purchased some item from this app but this app doesn't have any return policies. Before purchasing, it was written about the return policies but after purchasing there was no one to listen to. No help for the customer. I asked to talk to their service centre but they denied that also. worst ever shopping app i have seen
very bad app. do not Install this app. this app blocks all other important notifications and also we cannot clear notification of this app. they are displaying all duplicate products in notification. I am returning all duplicate products and uninstalling this bogus app. Many of my important notifications are missed because of this bogus app. People are requested not to install such bad app and waste your time, instead use other shopping apps. This app shows block notification.

do not use this for purchase they received an order but did not update the delivery time. The order delay only depends on the delivery boy if the delivery boy shows the customer not available at delivery time. in this snapdeal order pending on courier boy and not any action on delivery no any escalation team my order 4 days in show undelivered and no any option for cancellation. THEY ONLY DEPENDS ON DELIVERY BOY
Snapdeal मेरे लिए अब तक का सबसे खराब ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग प्लेटफ़ॉर्म साबित हुआ। मैंने यहाँ से लगभग ₹1200 का प्रोडक्ट ऑर्डर किया था, लेकिन उसकी जगह मुझे लगभग ₹200 का एक बेहद सस्ता और खराब ड्रेस भेज दिया गया। यह पूरी तरह गलत प्रोडक्ट था। मैंने सभी ज़रूरी फ़ोटो और जानकारी कस्टमर सपोर्ट को दे दी, फिर भी मेरी समस्या का सही समाधान नहीं किया गया। इस तरह की सर्विस से मुझे बहुत निराशा हुई। मेरा अनुभव बहुत खराब रहा। yahan se koi bhi order mat karo 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I purchased a Cetaphil cleanser from this app it was so cheap and looks used and the Cetaphil cleanser is with so much fragrance it means that the cleanser was not real someone filled any other liquid in the cleanser bottle I was so disappointed by this I tried to return but they denied I was not excepting this from Snapdeal so 😭😩
it's so bad app 😭 don't order with them I order a short and not delivered under the 7 days time and they don't give a delivery boy number and snapdeal customer service are so bad they don't pick any call so bad experience not recommended from my side
