Hello I'd like to report a problem. When editing photos on the project space (and also the albums) the sliders for brightness and contrast have disappeared in the last day or two. The option to enhance is still there but the brightness and contrast sliders are gone. I deleted all caches and tried browser Microsoft edge and chrome and same problems. I tried from a different device and same problem. I think something may have happened at your end and I'm reporting this problem so you can fix it.

Needs an option for a photo book where you can choose photo layout for several pages at once. Rare I score so low but after trying for over 2 hours really got frustrated

not free they cost 6p a print. free prints actually is free I'll stick with them
Terrible app with an appalling UI and just riddled with errors that make claiming 50 free prints incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily arduous.

Rubbish - so frustrated. spent over an hr choosing photos via the add photos option for a book to add to my order of just prints. Once chosen it said to go back to app or device but couldn't upload. This happened a couple of times, kept saying a problem - try again later. I have ordered just prints but will try once more to order a book. :(
Utter garbage. Website sucks and kept failing uploads so decided to try the app. Couldn't see my website project despite the app literally saying that was a new feature. I got my hopes up with the 2000 photo upload option, so spent an hour and a half selecting photos to print and when I was finished it said it can't connect to Google and I need to go back and reconnect, losing my entire selection. What a waste of my time. I was already having a rubbish week and thought I'd do something nice...
Wanted to create some photo gifts, very long winded and informed that WQHD+ quality images were too low resolution ? Prices changed at checkout too, to double the price I was expecting each item to cost. Not great value and same gifts cheaper elsewhere.
so many bugs and jitters that waste hours when they happen finally ordered on the 5th (just prints) but still processing on the 9th - cynically I think this is because I didn't buy the faster postage
This app sucks. Told me I would get 100 prints for free(not including shipping) and I went through the annoying process of uploading and resizing everything(because the app highly restricts image sizes) and then when I get to the end, they say that'll be 40 dollars plus shipping. The "free" just disappeared. Never using this again. Freeprints was better. Not free but cheap and a whole lot more user friendly.

Not many layout options. lots of printing space wasted. Slow to load. Did not credit "Free prints" and expensive delivery.
