The app gets stuck in a loop when I try to access my Google photos. It does not move past granting permissions & choosing the Gmail account. The photos I want are not on my phone so utterly unable to use the app. Dumb.

STUPID THING TOOK 1 DOLLAR TWICE FROM ME FOR NO REASON
Great interface however there needs to be an option to quickly scroll/jump through years of photos. I shouldn't have to scroll for half an hour to access older photos! And even though there is an option to bulk select my own photos on my phone and "share" to the Snapfish app, it never uploads properly and gives me an error.

I can't use the app anymore. all the effort of making a book and can't pay for due to an error.
Really hard to make payment, gets stuck in a loop
Apparently the latest update has screwed up the app. I'm not able to complete my order and support team seems to be clueless.
Native support for Android 16 is a must! only having Native support for Android 13 is disgraceful.
I've ordered from here before with no issue but when it came time to order my wedding invitations, they came in messed up and ineligible. I just requested a corrected resend but it's been well over almost 2 weeks and still nothing has been done. Trying to contact customer support is difficult and I can only get AI "support". It's so frustrating that they won't just correct the error and resend and even trying to request a refund has been ignored. I'm so incredibly disappointed with this app.
I use to love this app. If it ain't broke don't fix it. I didn't even have an opportunity to edit my photos. Really dissapointed. Why did you change it?
The app performance was sluggish, with images taking ages to appear.
The book you sent was horrible. The pictures I ordered were not in the order I wanted them to be. Unfortunately ordered another book for my son. If it is as terrible as the one I ordered for my daughter is this bad I will never shop with you again.
hasn't worked in months
The user interface sucks imo. Trying to create an album was confusing and time-consuming. After finally creating an album, I would hit my album button only for it to say no albums saved. People claiming this app is super easy to use lol must be paid reviews. And the shipping costs are horrendous. Honestly, the page is way too busy to look at, trying to cram everything in. No thanks.

I find the app not easy...needs several attempts to find basic functions.
Updated the app and it couldn't process my order. Had to go online to do it.
Struggled today to get the FREECARD offer! My order seemed to consistently be for an upgraded card(larger size & more expensive) than the free folded card they were advertising. However, I got there eventually and will look forward to seeing it when it arrives. Thank you Snapfish
