I live in Japan and I opened the snaps website in Japanese. It told me I needed to use the app but the link wasn't working so I downloaded the English version. After spending hours on my order I find that there is no shipping to Japan from this version. I'm so disappointed, I was really excited for my purchase. Fix the Japanese version or add it to shipping please.
Horrible app experience, had to restart over and over, can't move images so you need to go back and forth if you put them in the wrong place, all for my order to be over $30 in shipping for a $4 order
Scammers
Even though it's a Korean app, if you live in Korea, they can't ship to you if you're using the English language. I wasted longer than 3 hours making an order, but at checkout found out they only ship internationally. If you live in Korea, you have to use the korean app not the english one.
I literally spend an hour and a half and when was about to place order but there is NO shipping in PAKISTAN?! When there is shipping in India so why not Pakistan?! I'm very disappointed....

This seems a good app but how come there is no Korea delivery option when the app company is Korean itself? It didn't make any sense. So I installed this app, I have items in my cart but I cannot see Korea in the delivery country? What nonsense is this? Developer's reply is totally illogical. If I changed the country and language to Korean then how will I read? I am a foreigner in Korea. How do I read and understand Korean? So to use this app and delivery in Korea I have to learn Korean?Really?
Inconvinient
Why isnt there an option to ship to South Korea. Would love to use the app but unable to
Designed by unimaginative idiots. But it's the only app in Korea for making cards and postcards. There are no options to move or change designs. You can use preset designs. And once you finish the design, congratulations, the credit card reader is broken.

이벤트에 참여하려고 일기를 쓰고 있었습니다 오늘이 D-1일이라 기대하고 있었는데 갑자기 내일까지 서버점검이라고 하면 이벤트 참여는 자동으로 소멸인가요? 아님 서버점검기간만큼 연장인가요?

매일 일기써서 공짜로 인쇄 못 하게 하려고 막는건가.. 네트워크 상태 완전 좋고 용량도 충분한데 갑자기 네트워크 상태 핑계로 안 들어가지네요 실망
맥스페이지 정보를 다운로드할수없다며 앱 실해도 안되네요ㅜㅜ
아래 처럼 삭제후 리스타트, 재설치 했는데도
화면에 안내용 사진도 하나도 안뜨고 클릭하면 렉걸린듯 아무것도 터치안되고 글씨하나도 안보이고, 원래 이 어플밖에 안썼는데, 사진인화 엽서제작 포토북 뭐 하나라도 되는게 없네요. 제발 지웠다 다시깔라고 하지마세요. 일주일간 열번도 넘게 지웠다 다시깔았으니까
그림도 안나오고 리스트도 안나오네요
고생스럽게 몇시간 투자해서 포토북 만들어 올리려니까 앱 오류 뜨면서 다 날라가고 , 편집 중간과정은 저장도 안됨. 게다가 편집완료한 포토북을 저장하려면 와이파이에서 안되고 데이터 소진 해야함 도대체 무슨생각으로 이런 구조로 앱을 짠건지 사용자 고려가 너무 없음 세차례나 포토북 만들다가 오류 떠서 다날리고 완전 짜증나서 던져버림
설날이라서 5000원 쿠폰 쓸려고 했는데 쿠폰 적용이 아예안되네요.. 스티커 만들수 있어서 너무 좋았는데 좀 아쉽네요.. 빠른 해결 부탁드립니다..

I love it, but disappointed that can't ship to South Korea. It ships to most countries, and I can't understand why Korea is not on the list.
포토카드만들때 저절로 자리이동하는것도 신기하고 정말 편하고 좋다고 생각했는데 빈 사진 영역이 없는데 자꾸 빈 사진 영역이 있다고 주문을 못하게하네요ㅠㅠ 대체어디가 비었다는건지ㅠㅠ
업데이트좀 고만하세요 진짜 안하면 들어갈수도없게해놓고 귀찮게
워낙 유명해서 사용하려고 설치했는데 양호하지만 유명세에비해 아쉬운점이 있네요. 휴대전화 언어가 외국어(영어등)로 되어 있으면 앱 메뉴가 자동으로 영어로 나오는건 좋은데 영어 버전의 앱이 한국어 버전과 서비스 내용이 일치하지 않네요. 예를 들어, 주문하려고 보니 배송지 주소에 한국이 없어요. 한국에서 영어로 휴대전화 사용하는 사람은 배송 받을 수 없는 경우군요. 사정상 영어로 휴대전화를 사용하고 있고 한국에 있는 외국인도 있는데 이 부분은 수정되어야 할 것 같습니다. 더불어, 4×6크기 한장의 사진에 여러 4분할등 여러 프레임을 넣어서 인쇄할 수 있는 옵션도 추가되었으면 좋겠군요. 그리고 아이폰(애플스토어)에선 Snaps로 검색하면 안나오고 한글로 검색해야 앱을 찾을 수 있네요???
