Have updated it a few times yet it's so laggy for the last 1 month! I cannot even sign in! What happens if I have to change my ticket at the last minute? Get stuck?

Je suis convaincu que les dev back de SNCF Connect l'ont codé avec chatGPT. Troisième fois que je paye une amende car le billet est enregistré à une date ultérieure de celle que j'ai sélectionnée (pourtant la bonne lors du paiement...) Vérifiez vos billets APRÈS achat : l'appli ment. Outre les dates, les paiements échouent souvent, parfois après avoir été confirmés comme pris en compte... j'ai déjà reçu un mail fantôme confirmant un billet non existant. SNCF rembourse sa dette grâce à son appli.
it just doesn't work anymore unable to search destination, get the date I want... it goes into search and spins forever on every page, trip, booking or account. I reset, uninstalled the app and installed again, now I lost my booked trip AND can't get into my account. I have been waiting for customer service to get back to me with a solution ALL DAY
Nothing works since your last update. Searching for trains login in the app after having cleaned up the cash and reinstalled.... Just a perpetual seeking and the app says when trying to login that I'm offline
Depuis la dernière mise à jour 29/03/2026, l'écran se grise et aucun bouton ne répond. J'ai désinstallé réinstallé, et c'est encore pire, je suis grisé dès le message de bienvenue ! Bref, appli inutilisable. Toujours pas d'évolution au 2 mai 2026 malgré mon signalement à l'équipe technique.
not working at all. the four points keep on turning
since apr 29, saved itinerary routes are no longer responding (1st answer states i'm not connected, then 2nd attempt waits forever). it's a severe regression, i dont't understand this was not captured by standard qa work. come on!
crashes frequently
Once I select the departure and arrival stations, the app gets stuck on an infinite loading screen (uploading/processing) and doesn't allow me to select the travel date. I've tried restarting the app but the search engine remains unresponsive. Please fix.

I am in Canada. I had to uninstall this app today was having issues. Prior to uninstall I had no problem seeing my tickets, purchasing changing etc. I reinstalled and none of my trips are showing. I cannot manually add them its just spinning. i am travelling in a week. What is wrong with the app and how do i fix this??
Ne fonctionne pas depuis la dernière mise à jour.
Sadly once you update the app then login the app no longer works. It just keeps spinning going nowhere. A pity because it was a great app, hope they fix it and in the meantime will buy my tickets elsewhere. I am based in New Zealand and travel to France every year and have previously used this app extensively.

you don’t deserve your current 4.7 stars. there is no way. the app is always full of bugs and the only real thing people want to do with it, book a train, doesn’t work in many of the updates we are forced to do. also the interface to look for a train ticket is imo not the best.
as of last week I am unable to use this app to buy tickets for my trip. worked on my android without a problem since 2024. I deleted the cache, Uninstalled and reinstalled, neither my tickets or my account will load in the app. only the web version works, I see other reviews about needing a VPN now which is a a shame, whatever update took effect last week, the app no longer functions on galaxy s22 android.... it's such a shame because I've only ever praised this app
The app launches and looks great, but I'm completely unable to search for train journeys. I can input a start and end location, but then the app just sits there, endlessly trying to load data. Not sure how this app has a 4.7 rating when it's so broken.
Purchased tickets through SNCF website last month. Downloaded app to have quick access. Over one hour of trying, multiple logins, the app will not import any of the tickets. Tried the AI support and gave up after I waited 11 minutes and it was still "composing a response" to my issue of not importing tickets! Do not waste your time with this app.
usability of the app is 2 out of 10. 2 because somehow i managed to book a ticket. otherwise it is easier to book a ticket from karaichi to kabul than from nice to cannes

Retards non gérés : si un train a du retard il disparaît de l'appli dès que son heure de départ NORMALE est passée. Du coup il est impossible d'acheter un billet pour un train pas encore parti, de savoir comment le retard évolue si on a pas de billet, et de savoir s'il faut trouver une autre solution ... Mais "à nous de vous faire préférer le train", qu'ils disaient.

Impossible d'ajouter un abonnement annuel TER et donc de bénéficier des avantages 🤯 Pourquoi ne puis-je pas changer la langue ? C'est trop compliqué pour les devs ? Mon billet Illico liberté a disparu sans raison. C'est toujours agréable de se prendre une amende à cause d'un bug 😢 Je l'ai rajouté à nouveau et maintenant il apparaît en double🤦 La relation entre billet et carte avantages n'est pas évidente. Une app faite par des ingénieurs pour des ingénieurs 😅
Plus le temps passe plus je déteste cette application... j'avais mis 1 étoile en 2024, je révise mon jugement et mets 1 étoile en 2026... SNCF ou comment rendre complexe et non user friendly le fait d'acheter un billet de train

It is a very complicated application to use, you cannot select the language. You also cannot select if you want tickets 2 days before the date you want to leave. It seems like the application is still being worked on, with a visibility that is difficult for the eyes, and poor graphics.
La liaison avec TGV max est catastrophique.
n'affiche plus les lignes de RER dans la recherche d'itinéraire en IDF. Personne pour corriger le bug au bout de 3 mois...

Mistakenly bought a RER ticket for one of the SNCF trains. The train was called TER but I didn't catch that. Paid a £50 euro fine As a tourist, I hate this system

When it works and the trains are on time its great. BUT: Notifications are sporadic or non-existent. Getting refunds for cancellations is nearly impossible. SNCF has a scam where they cancel a train, then you have to pay again and try to claim a refund. Sometimes it will book a trip on multiple services which have different cancellation and delay rules, and different offices even though they are all run by SNCF. One of the offices opens at 8 the other at 1030. Stupid! Rent a car!
Mais sérieux, pourquoi vos applications me déconnectent régulièrement pour aucune raison, c'est extrêmement pénible.
nul - l'application est faite avec les pieds ne me permet pas de retirer une carte avantage presque expirée et me bloque dans l'achat de billets alors que j'ai une carte liberté + qui le permet de bénéficier des mêmes tarifs.
Terrible plateforme pour un horrible service
Au début c'était bien, mais au fur et à mesure du temps qui passe ils ajoutent des fonctionnalités qui rendent l'application lente et moins facile à utiliser. Je veux juste pouvoir avoir mes horaires de train, je me fiche des coupon et réduction sur des hôtels et des trains.
I can't login on my device.
Do not use this app, print your tickets instead. After validating the ticket, getting on the train, and opening g up another app on my phone, I go back into the SNCF Connect app and can't access my ticket to get out of the station.
