Horrible service. Tried booking, waited 8 minutes for driver to start toward me, nothing. Called, no answer. Waited 2 more minutes, still no movement, called again. He picked up and said he "just got the direction, leaving soon." ETA went from original 15m to 25m to 30, I said forget it, I had a train to catch, cancel. He said he can't, call customer service. Customer service said I can't cancel rides within 3h once they're assigned. I lost my money, don't risk yours.
Ik kan niet inloggen met mijn bestaande account. Krijg een melding dat ik een nieuwe account moet aanmaken met een ander e-mailadres.
The app failed to book a ride, despite 5 taxis being nearby, and charged me twice (21.30 EUR + 20.63 EUR) due to an error in their app. It then took two weeks of constant chasing to get my money back. Support was confusing the two transactions and ignoring the PDF proof I provided. I only received the second refund after demanding it. Uber is far more reliable. 2 stars only because they actually have a responsive support team.
2 trips problems with both 2nd trip made me miss my train and I had to get an Uber.
