I’m extremely disappointed with this children’s learning app. I decided to purchase the subscription hoping it would remove the ads and provide a better experience, but after paying, the app still doesn’t function properly. It’s practically unusable! The monthly fee is very expensive, yet the app cannot even operate normally. I strongly advise other parents not to waste their money on this app. Please don’t fall into the same trap!
My app it's not working it's says Page not Found Why ??
I have installed this app on two different tablets. when I try to discover the features of the sofatutor in math section, somehow I am not able to click the answer's options. it is not responsive... I could not select/di-select options.. I really could not understand what the issue is... unfortunately I think it is a serious technical issue.
This app keeps trying to charge me money even after I cancel my subscription with them. I won't use it anymore.

Please do not install this app,they didn't allow me to unsubscribe the account after the trial period and they mentioned that as per the contract they cannot cancel the account after the trial period...It's a scam

Scam artists
After weeks of getting the app to load properly, it only gives you one language. I tried to switch to the English version but it defaults back to the other language. I shouldn't have to work this hard to use a service I'm paying for. Sofatutor denied my refund. I wouldn't recommend.

Feels like a scam, different prices are being advertised. And has made my phone glichy.
I've registered & already did login in website but in app I entered correct email & password but no response in app!
