Spent $20 to make one "free" video. Used a song I made in suno with my own lyrics (which sondo got wrong). The storyboard looked great during analysis, I'll give it that. Final video barely resembled what it described, and it only put one person in the video, so watching a female sing a (very obviously) male section of the song was at least amusing. Don't waste your time or money.

As a first time user, after subscription, created my first music video and kept bringing me to pay for another €10.99 quid to buy 800 credit. I had to Unsubscribe immediately as I was really frustrated with the app. I just subscribed today and Unsubscribe today too. I will be seeking a refund where possible.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Sondo and to formally request an immediate termination of my subscription and any associated services. My recent experience with the application has been highly concerning. The unexpected charge of 2590 for prizes, which I believe were misrepresented as being part of the music video content, is unacceptable.
Asking for money without letting me know how the final output will be is totally so stupid. i am ready to pay but i need to know how it looks like. Make it non downloadable, water marked but atleast need to preview before purchasing right?. I will change the rating once this is fixed
Their advertisement was misleading. It claimed users could access a free trial, whereas no trial option was actually available. How are we expected to subscribe to or purchase an application without first evaluating its functionality and usability? This is both disappointing and unprofessional. Google should implement stricter regulatory standards requiring every uploaded application to provide a legitimate trial period before purchase approval is granted on the platform.

I am getting frustrated with the software. All the songs that i created are in the wrong style. The software always creates country style which i didn't choose that style. When i chose any other style the Sondo software chose always country. It is not what i want. I paid more than £55. I am not happy at all. I want a refund and get a proper one that does what i want it to do. All my points are going to the bin and i am loosing a lot of points. Can you explain why the software is d
not worth it, you have to do a sub for $10 a month, that's just for it to create a story line. you then have to pay even more to convert the story line into a video. so off rip it's like $60 just to do one video on top of the sub. straight rip off

LMFAO! What a JOKE of an app this is! BEWARE!!! ⚠️ So I downloaded this app to try it out. So I input my song, its informations to create the video from the song, then my picture. They only give you 10 credits to try and cost of MV creation is also 10. After uploading everything, they asked me to pay 1450 credits to make the video! This is INSANE considering they make you pay 20$🇨🇦 PER WEEK for 800 credits WEEKLY. Bunch of cash grabbers BANDITS THIEVES!
Cost 10 credits to make your first MV, then after the after the app demanded another 1300 credits for a storyline and I cant view the video until I shell out 1300 credits...WHY???? I didn't ask for a storyline!!! Was really looking forward to a MV of a poem I made into a song with AI....
Very bad app and bad service, to subscribe to this app, when you unsubscribe, they will keep deducting your money forever. Very bad app for music videos.

Paid weekly subscription of £8.49 but despite waiting almost an hour, Sondo did not generate my Ai Video. When I clicked on Action Required... it prompts me to pay for another subscription. It's a day-light robbery. I would not recommend this App to anyone unless you wish to throw your money to scammers.
There is significant room for improvement in the production value. I highly do not recommend this app.
I've never used or heard of this app and i discovered it by getting a 10$ charge to my Google account how the hell did they get my information and charge me for anything it is a scam or virus or soenthing DO NOT TRUST THIS APP OR COMPANY! I will be trying to report it
my experience was horrible seen the add so i thought i would try one of my songs make a video for free/trial or the 10 credits it was showing on create button and it tells me after putting things together it is 1729 credits then takes me to subscription page so i tried the weekly sub went back hit create again sorry not enough credits u kidding me i had to pay an extra 35 dollars on top of my weekly subscription made the video and it was garbage full of issues not worth it a rip off refund plz
it makes the videos, but these AI video apps constantly make mistakes that YOU have to pay for.. wouldnt be surprised if it be part of the business model.

Just garbage. Low quality videos for my original songs I created from another app. If that is the case then they should tell you that. I just wasted my cash on this junk.

it will not let you unsubscribe even if you delete your account then still charge you and there's no 1-800 number and no one to contact to get a refund and the videos suck
Can't even create a preview without subscribing which is very costly.
I can't even fully download the first song I created with video why would I pay if I can't see the reslts
So I paid 1400 credits (around £18) for a 3 minute long video that was 100 percent unusable, so I emailed them to see what options are available for a credit refund and got silence. I put up a picture of myself and my female singer to see what could be made. The full video was just me, singing all her parts 😆. I can't figure out why these AI groups can't give you the option to accept the work and pay for it, or decline it and not get charged.
Spent a lot of money and created over 100 videos, but constant errors ruined many of them. I used a lot of credits trying to fix issues that were not my fault. Customer support never responded to my message, which is very disappointing for a paid service. The platform has potential, but without support and reliability, it’s not worth it.

way too expensive I will tell you now it's going to cost you $20 to $40 to do one video on their credit system the video quality is about a 5 out of 10 you can definitely tell jerky movements in the characters things like that I'm sure there's something else out here that's a little better and less expensive

absolute garbage. Everything looks like cheap AI from 2 years go. Also, if you want to generate a video, it will cost you around 2.5usd for 30 seconds. This is not the app you want or need, trust me.
