Need a help option in the app, delivery drivers are unreliable and failed to deliver my drinks on a few different orders. They only offered me 1350 poins for my missing three items and 1000 poins covers a single item.
Stop making the app worse with your updates. Having the app installed on our devices should be enough for half price drinks without needing to "reedem" in app. That's irritating!! The ability to check in being time lapsed is also stupid. If I order online, and happen to be there already, allow the check in!

used to be fantastic, but since the update it's horrible to use.
I like the way on Zapp used to be the new way is confusing.

Been having a bug for months, won't let me log in & randomly start over, so irritating considering how much they promote the app & the rewards!!!
Sonic has always had one of the best app ordering experiences. However today the app started presenting me with sponsored ads. I'm here to update in May of 2026. The ads had gone away for a little while but they are back. such a shame! They even title it like you won something! they'll say congratulations your purchase qualifies you for XYZ offer. pathetic! 👎👎👎
The login is terrible. I can't recognize my email, but when I create an account it recognizes the phone number linked to that account. I can't even login with the phone number

Can't even login. I click login with facebook and all that happens is a loading bar then its just the same page.
Signs you out and requires a mobile number verification that never works. Literally can't use the app because of this.
so very disappointed. you got rid of happy hour and half price drinks in exchange for that stupid "rewards program" in all honesty, the drinks are the only reason we go to Sonic. looks like we no longer have any reason to go to Sonic
always hit or mis whether it is going to work or not. Nevermind signing in, I just want to place a single order and it won't let me do that. can't even look at the menu. go to the website and cloudfare pops up telling me I've been blocked from the website for some reason.
App still doesn't work. I try to log in with Facebook nothing happens, I try to make a new account and it says I have an existing one so I can't make a new one. Considering how long this is a known issue, the number of poor reviews for this app, and the fact you can't order food any other way than the app, I swear Sonic is trying to go out of business. No smart business would go this route.
It seems as if they just gave up on updates or fixes. I think they hired their developer from Temu. The app crashes & glitches constantly. I can no longer check in from mobile orders which waste so much of my time when I only have a 30min lunch at work. The rewards aren't even worth it. I'd rather spend my money at McDonald's. At least their app works.

ever since the original update a few months back I have not been able to use my sonic app. can't login via email or Facebook. sonic is doing this on purpose in my opinion. I've deleted the app reinstalled cleared cache NOTHING WORKS. They REALLY don't want people to have 1/2 price drinks apparently. Your loss sonic as I will never be back
The app worked as should about 75% of the time. The app updated to fix bugs and now the app wont work at all. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and nothing.
It took away the fact that I'm a teacher and won't let me redo it. It also won't let me check out an order at all. Whats going on? My note 20 didn't have any problem but my s26 ultra is...... make that make sense!
since my app updated, it logged me out and now I can't get back in. biometrics quit accepting and makes me fully type log in but it keeps saying my email/password is wrong. but yet I get emails with rewards at the same email address. so when I use the option to reset my password (using said email address) it never sends an email with the link to reset. tech support was absolutely NO help they just suggested to do all the same stuff I've tried multiple times with the same results. would rate 0
if you signed up with Facebook login you have to choose between Sonic and Facebook. if you have Facebook on your phone. then you can't log into Sonic because authentication fails.....
Too often the app is down, not able to complete an online purchase. The last 5 days I've attempted to order online & get message "we are experiencing technical difficulties..." I'm done going to Sonic, can't use web deals or get credit for purchases. Local store says can't help.

They just continually make this app worse and worse. Kept having an error when attempting to check out. Uninstalled the app and now it will no longer let me even sign in. The inability to get half price drinks and another reward takes away a major perk of the app. Essentially unable at the moment and therefore I will spend my money elsewhere.
the new rewards program update is AWFUL. I loved the rewards they would offer everyday especially the half price drinks on the app. now it's a pay to earn points program, just another money grab. im really disappointed, sonic was one of the cheapest fast food places to eat.
it's just door dash. terrible delivery, no condiments, always late, and usually wrong. enjoy your cold food.

Updated everything and its so messed up. I cant even use the app at all anymore so might as well not go. It signed me out and I can reset my password 10 times but it always says the password is wrong or theres an authenticator error. i cant even get back into the god awful reward update

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to trying to create a whole different account but no matter what I do I continue to get the same error. please fix this as soon as possible as I will no longer be going to Sonic if this continues.

Just spare us the headache and take a $ reward off the total price at checkout....this is the most Redonkulus app I have ever used ( $ reward wise)..if I could give 0 stars I give -10 stars.

Only reason I ever installed the app was for half price drinks any time, now that it's moved behind some ridiculous legendary status I have no reason to use it anymore so it's getting deleted.
After 30 visits to get the half price drinks and slushes not all are included. Only the basic slushes are 1/2 price, most of the ones I wanted to try are still full price. If it says you get half price drinks and slushes and you spend your money to get there then it should be ALL drinks and slushes.
get rid of location services, it is broken
If I could put a zero, I would. one burger was cold and the other burger was cold and had mustard which I did not request. I will not be visiting this Sonic again.

the app is now trash. Ever since the update to include delivery, I can no longer login. It won't even let me access my login option (Facebook). All the app does when I click the option is show the loading bar at the top run through its cycle and then it just stays on the same screen. Even after I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. what a disappointment.
The app is useless now that they eliminated the half-priced drinks offer. In the past, using that offer often tempted me to order food, too, once I got to restaurant. But now I've deleted the Sonic app and I'm taking my business to McDonald's, because they still offer $1 drinks in their app.
