Enter email. next screen prompts me to use a method to verify. only option: Facebook. Cool illusion of choice. One other issue here. I DON'T HAVE A FACEBOOK. DID YOU EVER CONSIDER SOMEONE MAYBE NOT HAVING A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT WHEN YOU MADE IT THE ONLY WAY TO LOG IN?? (which is also 🤢. you're forcing users to hand you access to their socials)

Every single time I try yo use the App it requires an update. & every single time due to the update I have to reset my password. This has been going on for over 2 years! TGE WORST APP EVER!!
afters years of loyal service they got rid of lemonade and limeade slushes and in doing lost 2 customers... it was the one drink I enjoyed on hot days

App crashed 3 times just to get location. I find got my order in. when to pay it crashs. it took it out of my wallet. But app keeps crashing. My local Sonic talk to a employee he had to hand right it down. To get my order I payed for. If wasn't for the great people that work for you.!

This app is SO troublesome. A couple of days ago, I used the app to get my free Birthday reward. I placed an order, including the free Bday reward. I also used the 1/2 price drink option. When I tried checking out, it would just cycle. Nothing would happen. FINALLY checkout came back up & wanted my debit card info AGAIN. When I arrive to pick up my order, I checked the receipt. It DIDNOT include my free reward & I did not get my drink 1/2! SO DISAPPOINTED! This is why i RARELY use the app. 👎
very buggy, never works, customer service doesn't apply credits when they say they're going to. just not worth going there anymore. update: same thing. over and over again. they don't know how to fix this app.
what is the point a rewards and using points for an item, if you don't even have the item on your menu to be able to redeem it and when it uses your points, you have to wait for a refund on your points. the most idiotic system I have ever seen in my life.
Recent App Update: Forced offers/ ads after purchase. Deceptive new update/ practice making you believe you should claim an offer that you've unlocked. Very disappointed in sonic and the marketing team behind this invasionistic tactic to skim information from users. Shocked no one has sued yet.
Most of the tone the app works for me. However, I hate having to see the ads for Sam's Club, Sirius Radio, etc when trying to place an order. An ad for Sonic would be acceptable.

Stores are constantly down for online ordering. The coupons are only valid if you order using the app. So if online ordering is down you're paying full price.
Your app is broken again. I have location services enabled, and yet it insists that I don't, even though my phone is showing that the app is accessing my location. Quit using AI to vibe code your app and get a competent programmer.
Ever since the update, it says only Legend status members get 1/2 price drinks. I'm a Legend member but don't have the 1/2 price drinks anymore.

They have removed diet Coke as an option to order. I'm having to go to past orders to add diet Coke to my orders now.

The app wouldn't let me log in until after several tries. Then it doesnt even have diet coke listed, so I can't even order it in the app. Doesnt matter though, because as everyone knows, there is no longer half priced drinks unless you achieve "legend" status, so I'll just go to 7-11 for drinks since its almost $3 for a large soda. Everyone is using the same soda syrup, nothing is setting sonic apart anymore for their regular drinks.

Caught in an endless loop of "Verify Mobile Number". Call Customer Service, get told less than one minute, get hung up on after 10 minutes of waiting. Twice.

Unreliable and inefficient.. it keeps saying that I need to update my email. I've continued to send links and refresh but it will not allow to purchase anything while signed in. I used to love Sonic. I'm not so sure now.

emails for features and offers forward to the app but won't load, very frustrating. there's no way to extract the link or even get offer as a barcode since the app doesn't work. dumb waste of time.

I use the app first time this morning was overcharged after spending an hour and a half with support I was told I would be issued a $5 gift card for my inconvenience I've still yet to see a gift card in my email or on the app. despite phone number bottom of the receipt saying less than a 1 minute wait hangs up after 3 minutes. Sonic app appears very shady . I recommend you check all your prices cuz probably being overcharged if using the app. I do not recommend using the app

if i could give the app and Sonics customer service team negative stars I would!!!!!! I have been unable to login for a couple of months at this point. When I have wasted my time talking to someone on the phone it has come with a massive list of excuses and no attempt to help resolve issues. Like several others have stated every update makes it worse. If I cant log in and get treated like their technical issues are the customers fault it is just as easy not to stop there.
every order, theres somthing wrong. im using it still becuase i save money, but i have been teased with a free 7$ deal for days now, and every time it makes it full price by checkout. be sure to double check the ending price on your stuff.
The app is not longer working. It wont let me reset my password, or register (because my phone number already is registered). now I can't get 1/2 price deals and coupons when I come, which means I come a lot less than before!! GET IT FIXED!!!
The app is useless after update. It will not let me check out. It acts like it is going to then takes me back to the page to go over my bag. I've signed in and out, rebooted it. Every possible solution and still nothing. Stop fixing something that isn't broken!!
This. App. Sucks. Crashes all the time, or won't load even when it ISN'T crashing. It's by far the worst of the fast food apps, and it's not even close. It's the same on my S22 Ultra and my wife's iPhone 15. Just terrible. Do better, Sonic. update: It doesn't crash as much now, but the order the drinks are in the rewards section is atrocious. There's absolutely no rhyme or reason to it.
WHY ARE YOU SHOWING ME AN AD FOR SONIC IN THE SONIC APP. I'M ALREADY ORDERING SONIC, I DONT NEED A FULL VIDEO OF A BURGER TO CONVINCE ME TO ORDER MORE SONIC. Seriously though, it steals my audio every time I open the app now. Were y'all just trying to think of more ways to annoy folks? If so, you've definitely succeeded.
