doesn't work and very slow

I have power instructions and downloaded the app however it won't open so I've tried three times to do it and guess what I still can't. I'm really frustrated. I've been a faithful customer of Sonny's from the times Mr Tillman was manning the cash register and overseeing every aspect of his restaurant out of Waldo Road. But Christ's sake the man used to shut it down to feed my dog. I watched him take care of those sharpies that try to rip him off and franchising and know he would turn over in his
