Requires permission to manage phone calls. Too invasive.
doesn't allow you to use the app without granting the phone permission which should not be a requirement.

i use this app last year to watch whole season for kbo...the last year app is super good you can traslate the chat you can switch to latency when its lag this new soop app so much lag you cant translate the chat and so less features than the last 2025 soop app...soop app is super lag thats why i uninstall my app and switch to watch the kbo online using google chrome without lag...hope this issue solve because its so much easy to use the app..
app is usable after recent update. the stream keep buffering.
the apps is lag. everytime I open the stream to lck. It lack. I keep close and open the apps. And not even 1 min it lag. Even if I uninstall and install it back. Still lag. I can't even watch lck without the stream keep lagging every 1 minute. And the lagging is so long. when are you gonna fix it? its still lagging and glitching. I can't even watch lck kr in peace cause the lag is so long. And the loading too. arghhhhh

Very invasive system permission for no reason.
The AP don't work properly. It just keeps on loading and loading and no live video opens.
do not bother installing, installed it to watch EWC and could barley watch it. constant lag and buffer.
I don't what happened but in the last week or so the stream doesn't load. the chat seems to load fine but the video seems not load. or very random at least some streamers load while others don't. this didn't happen until about a week ago or so.
I can't report this app.I don't know how to report the bugs,so fix the bugs ! Every app has a report button for their apps problem.Why i can't find report button in this app ? 😑

really frustrating to use, I can't even watch vods,let alone live stream. Can't do anything except reading chat. Others platform didn't have this problem

an ad plays and finishes, but then it doesn't switch to the video. so I literally can't watch any of the video cuz the ad is at the beginning. I've tried multiple times. I can click on learn more, so it's not frozen. when I go back it replays the last 3 seconds of the ad and stops again
app got stuck on a ad while I was watching a vod and even restarting the app would not let me continue watching the vod
App freezes right after an ad finishes and there's no way to progress the video.

can't use the app without giving it phone access. why? no other streaming app has this requirement. i asked support and they said it's for PiP and pausing during phone calls, neither of which actually requires phone access. this app is genuinely unusable without handing over that permission (it will force close itself if i don't give it the permission and just asks for it again next time i open the app). ridiculous.
Just let us watch Soop korea in peace why are you choving the glibal version in our faces i just want to watch my fav streamers in the korean version !
Extremely difficult for non-korean user to perform age verification as we are directed to a korean webpage which has no translation.
Won't recognize user. Installed new app and it won't allow me to login. wants me to use a gmail account to login but my account is setup on a hotmail account and it keeps giving me the run around. Hotmail account is being used but not tied to an account? gmail account that isn't in my soop account. Unusable app.
