Canceled my subscription, but payments still go through....how do I cancel the subscription and payment? When in the app, they just take you to google Play subscription, where the app no longer feature for payment yet, yet payment still goes through.

Latest update crashes within a minute of opening if connected to the internet. Not the first time this happens. Likes never sync properly between devices. Each update adds another buggy feature that never works quite as intended while slowing everything down. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of. Use Spotify or Apple music. Almost 10 year Go+ user and I'm probably going to make the switch soon.

Genuinely impressive how bad signing up for an account is. this is the first time I have ever been locked out of signing up for an account because your process and servers are just so bad. I have used soundcloud long ago and it is a shame they have become this way

I dunno what's going on with the app but it keeps glitching and turning off randomly all the time. I've tried resetting the app over and over again. this app is my life please help me fix it! 😭
Ive been using soundcloud for over 12 years now. It used be the best app for music. Now its absolutely trash, update after update, music takes forever to load, cant even skip songs to fast or it wont load. Downloading songs over wifi doesnt work at all, so when I dont have service or very little service it doesnt load anything. There's so many songs I cant even listen to anymore because they're not available in my country, but its all American music. Price keeps going up but the app gets worse.
