This app is the largest 3rd party app on my phone. It uses over 1 gigabyte of storage . It is full of bloatware, AI garbage, ads and nonsense not needed for normal audio listening. Please trim down all the slop.
The app isn't working! The controls don't change anything. But even if it worked..I also had to set up a complex password for an app that is occasionally used instead of the ability to login with a Google account. Of course it kicks me out every time so I have to reset the password or dumb it down. In addition, the QR code that came in the booklet for opening the user guide opens scam link for another service requiring email registration.

Basically spyware with a few potential benefits for some users. Anker gives itself a huge number of permissions (i.e. location, access to all kinds of files), which are not disclosed and can't opt out of until after you downloaded the app. For whatever reasons, they don't have an app that just lets you adjust the settings on your headset. If privacy is of concern and/or you work on or have to discuss discuss sensitive areas, avoid it.

Stay away. Random notifications throughout the day including at night pitching ads that you cannot disable.

After the recent firmware, update for the Liberty 4 NC the equalizer settings atuo adjust while the noise canceling is on.
Well I just wasted money I don't have. My last Bluetooth Buds..... Plug and Play why do we need a app....???? Anyways, great sound and quality for JUST you PHONE. Nothing ELSE..

The number of notifications produced is a bit much and feels a bit spammy since the major update - please can we have more control of these in the app settings? App is also too large for what it needs to be. If the translation stuff was separated into a new app, that would help. Edit: Another spammy notification today, score reduced again.
What has this app become? All I want is to manage the settings on my headphones. Why is there now an AI assistant I didn't ask for? Why am I getting notifications about signing in? I don't need to sign in to manage a pair of headphones!

Terrible experience for me I have tried and tried but the app simply doesn't work for me on my phone I have 2 Anker devices and the app can't find any of them them despite them being connected to my handsets Bluetooth. and yes...... I have tried turning everything off and on again to no avail I have given up and deleted the app absolutely ridiculous
why did you get rid of all the previous white noise options bruh all of the sounds the app has now suck and there are far fewer options...

That this app for settings, battery percentage and firmware update uses over 1 gigabyte of storage space is simple unacceptable. HP Poly app manages this in 40mb. and there is even an open source app with less then 10mb size that achieve the same. Please change this.
I can never use this app. They dont allow you to do anything unless you update this stupid app. but you also must keep them in the case, so if you have lost one, and want to find it with the "find heaphones" feature, you cant, you have to update, but you cant because you dont have both to put in the case. and most the time when you do try to update, it fails, so you can never use this app.
assumed this was for adjusting settings on my new earbuds, actually just chock full of ai slop. if there's settings hidden in there somewhere, oh well.

A recent app update broke a previously working feature. The touch lock no longer stays active unless manually toggled every time. I explained the issue clearly with reproducible steps, yet support kept sending scripted replies and asking for videos instead of investigating the update itself. It feels less like technical support and more like delay tactics. Users should not have to act as unpaid QA testers just to prove a software bug exists.

For someone like me who only wants to toggle noise cancellation, I'm incredibly disappointed I have to download this behemoth bloated app which consumes 1GB of storage. AI bloat and unnecessary gimmicks. Anker, please make a Lite version for those of use who just want to connect and control our device.

Started okay, now keeps sending notifications for products and features.
way bloated app. 750 MB (1.09 GB actual!) to set my equalizer and my touch controls. Absolutely no justification for size vs usefulness. You really need to make a lightweight app or allow adding of bloat if you want it (noise color and meditations?). The only usefulness i get is periodic so i just remove this app. Trick - set NC changes in touch controls and delete app. I would leave it in if it was 1/10th the size. And it still doesnt tell you the battery charge on the case.
