the sign up is rigged
App deletes your recordings. Support can't do anything. So I deleted the app. Has potential but falls short when delivering. Unfortunate. Oh well. Edit: stupid not doesn't even have a place to respond to. rip this app.

Can't delete projects. "delete" option not in ellipses menu where it should be. Not spending money on this app.
great on the computer but horrible on mobile. it so bad, it's unusable. I don't think I have ever loaded in on mobile.
I cant record at all without a pay wall on my screen. I have the same problem for each track. It makes the app unusable! Also, can I just say that my app is glitchy. I wish you just fix it. Every time I try to record I get told to pay 20 pounds per month to record? I know there's a solution to it. There's NO X button to get off it. The app is fine but the "usable features" are not. We need work on it IMMEDIATELY!

Hello do you guys even care for the mobile users? Some features like adding lyrics aren't in mobile, fading in and fade out too, and lastly what I always encounter which gets worst everytime is the problem of "autosave" it doesn't tell you it saved or not, there's no save button and one time I already finished a project and when i check back like an hour later, half of the recordings are gone, then just today, I was almost done with covering a song, came back ALL GONE. No imported file, NOTHING.
sound quality dropped off after about 20 minutes and it soundled like it was all coming through a bit machine sucks go try (band lab) seriously it's free. if you want to pay the best on Android is cubises 3 it's literally amazing if your phone can handle it

Didn't like the trial version as I was unable try it out properly, and it's too expensive to get the other version(s), so I deleted the app on the same day I got it.
it doesn't work
just a huge paywall for me. the fact that more new features get added is cool and all if you can use some of it, but anything that gets released now is blocked by a paywall. the more that gets added the more it looks like there is less to use. this better be fixed
it exits when I enter
This app was working perfectly fine until I made one loop and an error began popping up. Tge error pop-up said to restart the app if the error persists, however that unfortunately didn't help and it stopped being possible to edit/make anything after that.

Why is this app so completely paid, never free?
theoretically usable but realistically impossible. I'm no mozart by any stretch, nor am I even particularly technologically gifted either, but God does this app make both of those problems all the worse. making a simple track, you can't see what's going on on the other samples, which perhaps is typical, but i find simply astonishing poor design, not only this but there is no way I have yet to discover to repeat something without making a new cut thing which poses its own problems.
Would be a one star, but due to sentimentality it's a two star.

Look, I like Soundtrap a LOT and continued to use it even with it being incredibly buggy, but at some point it messes up making music so often that it's better on the web. Another thing: I don't know if it's my phone or the app, but even with full blast the Keys, Synths and Loops can't be heard in the slightest (they have their individual volume set decently high, too!) It also may be that I use the older version of Soundtrap for being able to play the instrument itself. Now I can't do that.

this app doesn't work 70% of the time
it keeps crashing on me, I just open a project or even a new one then it kicks me out! nonetheless it's a good app but this is pretty annoying.
The audio is super buggy whenever you try to play from the beginning. Also any instrument that's of any sort of quality is locked behind a monthly subscription. But once it actually kinda works it's not terrible.

I had problems with this app back in December 2025, where the lag was so bad that I couldn't do much to the point that I deleted it. Now, as I redownloaded this app, I noticed there were changes to the app. When it was done installing I opened the app and logged in to my existing account, but when I opened the song I was working on to continue working on it, it suddenly kicked me out. I reloaded the app and tried again, only to be kicked out again. The app only got worse since my last use…
