I downloaded the app over a year ago had to wait on back ground checks and all that for months eventually I for got about it, came back and tried to do it again 4 months ago, and still had not been approved had to find a number to contact some support they took 4 weeks to push my app though, now I have been on a waiting list for 4 months.... not to mention the help button in app never works. beginning to think it's a scam. or somthing

The app was always glitchy from the very beginning that I started using it, but the app is being VERY glitchy now under the 'Vehicle' section. I have reached out to support, and the issue has dragged on for weeks (still not resolved!) and when they do reach out, it is clear they don't read what we write as they sent a generic response unrelated to the real issue that I have. Response times are DAYS LONG, and the response is below subpar. I have been unable to use the app for weeks, so no income!

WOW! I've been doing this 3+ years and now we're at an all time low. 3 SHOPPING ORDERS at a time!!? Walmart is an absolute Crook! hmmm how can we pay them even less!? and most orders are 20-30 miles for 13 dollars!? there are plenty of shoppers to do the orders but you guys have to try to combine them so you can pay us almost nothing. it's insane how horrible this has become.

After the latest update, the app cannot pull up my camera anymore. It loads up for the first item to scan, but when trying to scan another item on the order, it just pulls up a black screen. Reinstalling the app or restarting phone does not work. I have to manually enter each barcode which is tedious.

they give false time estimates and mileage estimates. if an order is going 30 miles to the middle of nowhere, then the app needs to reflect 60 miles for the order as it clearly takes 30 miles to get back. the pay is about 50 cents a mile.. far too low for any driver to be able to operate. we need about 2 dollars or bare minimum of 1 dollar per mile. not 50 cents. quit trying to blame the system, because it was programmed to do what it's doing so it's sparks fault and not the "systems" fault.

Slow app and now they've gone to first come first serve. No chance to review good orders before they are gone. Fix now! Update: Application Constantly freezing up especially during busy times. Can't even get to some of the just for me offers in time anymore. Wasting time and money trying to be patient but you offer no solutions. Shame on Walmart for putting drivers back to minimum wage plus cost of gas.

It's worth it for the first week or two if that! you'll be sitting for hours waiting on a decent order. And if you do end up getting one, it's probably going to be about 20 miles away, and you're not going to get the pay that you need to even cover your gas, do yourself a favor stick with Uber or DoorDash its more consistent than this.

I am deeply disappointed with how they reorganized & regrouped multiple deliveries; functionally decreasing pay, just as gas prices skyrocketed. app / service is complete garbage now. rare to get offers above a dollar a mile and when I do, it's 21 miles for $23 and 4 drop-offs. no money to be made since the latest change. what's worse is they've combined gmd orders with grocery runs. had 1 a few days ago 45 miles for $45, 10 GMDs and 110 grocery items. are you fkn serious with that? and I have near perfect stats. 99% items found, 4.9 customer rates, 100 CR and 100 OT. been on over a year w over 1300 batches. ALSO: WE NEED A DARK MODE!!

I love this gig, but now with the new update I cannot login to my account now. it'd be great if it ran smooth! glitches turns off my camera makes me manually put in upc codes which makes my time longer. and im not getting compensated for it! one trip takes an hour then the glitches happen now im pushing almost 2 hours! thats not fair and not okay! fix the app. the idea is awesome first come first serve. the map in store is cool, nav and everything cool. app itself BOOTY HOLE. compensate for your mistakes! My experience was great til I got a new phone and a new number. Once I tried to log back in on my new phone it wanted verification which I sent as well as did the live verification and a few minutes later I was deactivated because the app said I'm not who I am. its a great way to earn extra money however lately the app itself has been acting up. When shopping & trying to scan found items it wont allow you to take a picture of the upc with restarting the app or manually entering. Also with gas prices being as high as they are most orders aren't worth the trip especially with multiple stops. Not to mention the tip amount is not guaranteed. I hate that customers may choose to reduce or all together take their tip back. There should be a minimum tip amount
