I haven't had a phone for three days and now I have no tv!! $230.00 a month?? Come on Rectum!!

app immediately crashes upon opening and starting. My expectations were low for a cable company, but sheesh.

App now prompts incessantly to "sign up for.. Streaming apps that are included". If included, why do we need to sign up? Because it's MARKETING. A way to advertise and sell other things. The old app versions were 5 stars when they simply let you scroll channels and watch. This one is not. There also is an agenda in what Spectrum pushes as "just for you" type recommendations. I will decide what my interests are, not Spectrum.
don't work half the time. App about worthless as the cable and internet. Nearly $300 for a headache every day. CS is the worst in the country!

app frequently logs you out in the middle of programming. logs you out at least once a day. sometimes more. completely useless.

This app continuously crashes. If I could put up a zero stars it would be ore truthful.
EDIT: One of your generic responses below are not helpful as we are discussing the cluttered app you developed... Original Post: App has become so annoying since they are cluttering up the favorites with prompts to sign in for free included channels. We can sign up if and when we want to without annoying prompts. Or... if they're included maybe just include them without a sign up
Horrible app. freezes, doesn't rewind. When you try to rewind it tries to process it and just freezes and tries to load until you're forced to change the channel, losing your program that you were trying to rewind. YouTube TV is flawless and better

This app doesnt work on my home spectrum wifi, I have to be connected to 5G for it to work. How dumb is that?
Can't log into it. Put in the username and password and it takes you back to the login page again. After the 3rd time logging in then it just has a blue circle that keeps spinning around and won't go any further. It's junk!

my starz west channels don't work
I'm very disappointed with all three services. My incoming calls always drop if I stay on the phone any length of time. I get emails later. My internet services go in and out. The apps shut down and I have a difficult time reinstalling them. The services that were sold as being better than what I had, are a lot worse.
Why does your news app have a better update on sign in than the TV app. No QR code for easy sign in.. have to type in anything.. Dont get me started on the layout of it.. so ridiculous to arrow left and right.. Couldn't there be a normal qwerty keyboard to type in the email... upgrade to the easy QR code sign in!!!!!
it keeps freezing on me. it'll go for a couple of minutes and then stall out. I have tried a force stop, I've tried restarting my computer, and trying to clear the cache but nothing is helping.
