I signed up for the free trial to test it out for my grandson. I was extremely disappointed right from the get-go! It's supposed to help with the correct pronunciation of words but when I was prompted to say the word bus it accepted boss repeatedly. I made sure to be extremely clear in the hopes that it would hear the mispronunciation but no such luck. I'm canceling the free trial and uninstalling!

This app malfunction often, limited in games, and customer service is poor. I constantly email their CS to no resolution. When I said this app is coming off as a scam and I want my money back. They stop responding. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!!
I purchased a 6-month subscription but am currently unable to sign into my account. I have reached out to the admin/support team multiple times, but the responses are extremely slow and haven't provided a solution. It is unacceptable to take a customer's money and then provide no way to access the service or get timely help. I would like my access restored immediately or a full refund for the remaining time.

Uninstalled immediately, wanted my credit card details the moment the app started, I think it's a disgrace that educational apps should come at a cost as it is, but to not allow the trial first then say trial over what would you like to do is worse. I am extremely untrusting with releasing my card details when I don't know something for myself.
This is just a money grab app, they don't care in any way about helping children learn. They just want your money.

great app when you can actually sign into the acct. I payed for the subscription but now it says I dont have an account with a subscription? so I definitely won't pay for it again. so it was a big let down after paying so much. my son plays with it more and more but can only do so much now because it claims I dont have a subscription. Bummer.

this app has destroyed my son's speech progress he no longer wants to try and talk and is addicted to the game also we did not consent to an auto renewal and have canceled it twice but still keep getting charged this is a complete scam and a waste of money also the homework from the speech therapist is not free
Based on the little that I have been able to experience with my hild using this application, it has great potential. However, due to the frequent crashes and loss in avatar creations across devices has left us with minimal application exploration and satisfaction. I have also reached out to the company via email, no response!

I paid for a year to give it a try, then canceled my subscription immediately so that I wouldnt be billed again unexpectedly the following year For some reason, I have been billed again for another year despite canceling.
DO NOT BUY THIS APP THROUGH FACEBOOK. They will double charge you even if you contact support. The rep said to "redeem purchase"... no such option. I'm fairly certain they're ghosting me now. It's really too bad... it would get 5 stars from me... my daughter loves the app.

I need to cancel the subscription to this app but it won't even show up in my subscriptions in my playstore and the app doesn't have a valid contact info site. This is very frustrating and I already got charged on my card! Very unsettling and dissatisfied!!
logged in on my main phone paid the 1$ for free trial. Tried to log in on a different phone so my daughter can use it more and tried to make me pay again. I used the same account I already paid for so what you can only use the account on one device?

SCAM - I canceled the subscription after checking it out. But they just charged my card without permission for $64! And I just checked to make sure and it says the subscription is "expired". Don't use them! Now I have to get a brand new credit card and go through all that hassle!

Suddenly I was charged monthly subcription, however 1 year ago already paid full for 1 year and without renewal clause. I also check my playstore and there is no subcription, so why it is charged to my credit card? totally weird and inappropriate. Also had a problem to used it on my children's tablets, the full features can only be used with the app in my phone (which never been used since I'm working mom)
I shouldn't have to pay for a subscription. I think this app should be free. Once I fill out my information it wants me to pay for a subscription. I feel like this app is false advertisement since all the advertisements I've seen never say anything about a subscription. I believe a child's education should be free.

Misleading on the price makes you go through an entire registration and set up only to be met with a payment screen at the end. Asking for quite a serious amount of money, I don't know any parent who would be willing to pay nearly 65 pounds a year for this app. i then came to read some of the reviews only to find that the app doesn't really work anyway. So i've uninstalled it immediately and won't be looking to reinstall at any time soon.

I've had to take some time to calm down before addressing this Extremely aggressive and predatory (banks wording) company. They do NOT honor their cancelation policies. They will continue to defraud you of your funds LONG AFTER the subscription should have been canceled. Do NOT purchase them if you value your time and money! There are other apps that provide the same/similar without being fraudulent in their billing/collection practices.
how do I cancel next months payment. I downloaded this on a tablet last month and it I will not even allow us to complete the information to even use the app. I

Wasn't able to use it so free trial was totally wasted. For some reasons unable to login account anymore after 1 day. Raised support ticket but no response at all after 1 week.
boring and not changing, it's been the same stuff even though my child mastered it. the first time I subscribed,it says a speech therapist will call but never did. I even emailed to inquire but no response.
Installed it this morning and I'm experiencing bugs and issues... it seems to be a good app, but what can I do if I can't even use it... smh sigh
This App is a total waste of money. Most of the categories showing "error" every time I try to access it. I tried to uninstall and install again, but no improvement. Edits I was contacted under this comment by Speechblubs to send them an email. Which I did, but they never got back to me. If you are seeing their comments on this review, it's just a sham. The never responded to my email or initiate any refund.
