Just went to check points balance only to discover that the 19K points I thought I had seemed to "Expire" Dec 2025. Infuriating. See what loyalty gets you?! Deleting app for good

I get on the app and have almost 40k points. Then I enable my location and they disappear. I update the app and they're still gone. All these years of using only speedway and now they're doing things to take points away. Gas is too high to take away people's points! I was going to the app to make sure fuel cards were reloadable from the app so I could go get my nephew one and have a way to help him when he was back at college. Definitely not buying that card now. Loyalty is useless nowadays.

Can't pay with it, won't let me just use my rewards without paying through the app. Awful.
Can't even register to use the app because there's no way to get past the name menu.
I can't use the pay from my phone feature, meaning I can't get the extra discount from it. The app can't locate me (I'm sure location is set to precise and I don't use a VPN). Great in theory, but it doesn't actually work

I downloaded the app and I tried to register for the perks. But unfortunately I can't even get past my phone number. I uninstalled the app and tried to install it again but nothing changed. I was waiting over ten minutes. Oh well holiday it is bye.
App is junk and fuel price lock is fake. Tried using it at several stations, even driving 15 miles out of the way to get lower price. It NEVER goes through!
Regardless of what I do, the app will not load on my phone. I have taken every step that has been suggested and the app will not load on my android. Such a rip off that I cannot claim my points without it

over the last 5 months my digital gift cards are having part of my balance disappear. down to 0. I will soon stop using these speedway gas stores. a lot of money theft from my prepaid card. only scanned digitally at the pump. someone is frauding me. I am losing 15 to 20 from about every card.
The problem with the price lock app is it doesn't lock into the lowest price on the screen. It will lock into the highest price. Basically the price lock app is a scam.
I have been purchasing car wash at Speedway but it does not show up in Car Wash Club. Before 7-Eleven purchased Speedway, it was not a problem at all.
Cleanliness has really gone down in many of the Mid Michigan stores.
can't redeem points for gas
the price lock on fuel is terrible. at least 3 times it reset before its expiration date.
I want to be able to order sandwiches and pizza through the app for in store pick up, so that your employees will stop slow walking people's orders when in person ordering. they'll make up reasons not to make your order. tired of the mistreatment at certain locations

Gets 2 stars because it was a great app but it did an update and now it can't find my location so I can't use it to pay for gas at the pump.
they have a new feature where you can pay on your phone. but be worn they're going to take out $100 more than what you say you're going to put into your tank. for example I put $10 and I told the app I was going to do $10 and I checked my bank and it's $110. One for $100 one for $10. so be very careful about doing the pay on your phone especially if you one of those people that go paycheck to paycheck. cuz your bank won't release that for 2 to 3 days. so that $100 is just floating around
I can not open the app at the gas station. According to the staff it's because the in-store free Wi-Fi is garbage.
