Half the people have fake pictures and are extremely rude and mean! like evil, mean. A group of people will verbally attack you for no reason! Degrading comments etc etc. There should be a way to report people on here for such acts. Made me cry.....

The game has a double standard: people who abuse others and use stolen photos stay in the game because they buy bonuses, while ordinary players get permanent hardware bans. Support is useless and refuses to review cases. They are literally forcing people to buy new phones just to play a sim

It does not allow you to change the photo; it only uses the image you have on the social network you choose, and if it is the same as your email, and if you do not have a photo, it does not show who you are.

Downloaded out of curiosity, but the comment section is a toxic mess. I posted a simple “goodbye” and it instantly turned into a pile-on of insults and keyboard warriors trying to score points. Zero decent moderation. Honestly lowered my faith in humanity. Uninstalled.
I would like to make a couple of suggestions for improvement: • Different wood types for different tables, like light brown/oak, dark brown/walnut, reddish/mahogany, grey or weathered wood, and polished glossy wood, so each table feels unique and less repetitive. • Please add a Dark Mode for night-time play and better eye comfort.
I played this for maybe 5 minutes and hated every second. some guy questioned why I "red lined" another player, (when you refuse to kiss) then proceeded to tell me a slightly more detailed version of how to play than the tutorial, and then I was informed to "be careful" because there were "not good" people on there, but it was gonna be oki cause these 2 guys "protect the good ones and attack the bad" I immediately asked how someone would protect/attack in this game and got ignored. Bye!!

Cute idea, hateful way to go through with it. The app uses your email's profile photo, so if you're using a blank email, your profile will be too. There's no profile settings whatsoever. As soon as you're in, it asks for a gender. This cannot be changed, and influences who you get when you spin. Spinning is not random as it may seem; You cannot land on someone of the same gender. Much to my disappointment. It's obvious when a game discreetly excludes certain kinds of people.
No possibility to change the name, no possibility to change the profile picture. Damn, worst experience
you took £2.09p for my VIP today and you have not given it to me either you sort it out or I will report you . They have said I wasn't charged first time for it and I know that you took it and I had repurchase it so it's disgusting how you treated me. I report the issue to Facebook

absolutely the worst app I have ever used. no way to figure out how to make your profile. what's the purpose other then the publisher getting rich.
resolve the problem. Disappointed!! Id ban, without any reason, its your responsibility, to unban the id, how could it happen and you wont resolve this problem.

Doesn't let you delete your profile. Choosing a profile picture also seems impossible, but that's okay, since they wouldn't have taken it down anyways

Poor app. You have people actually wanting to "Hook up" when its only game not dating service.. takes several minutes to circle the players. You just press "kiss or reject" and wait, wait, wait, wait etc. sexualising chats are not ideal! deleted!!!
it's very noob game
Very disappointed with the game i am giving my gender male but the name is being shown in pink, which is done for girls and boys name shown in blue. i downloaded this game after several years but this glitch disappointed me a lot. please update your game or bring a new version of this game.... 😒
scam
Keeps saying no connection and won't let me log in even though my connection is fine. When I finally got in, it only let me swap between three rooms full of people who don't speak English. What's the point?
I have been playing this game for 9 years. This game was quite good in the beginning. But nowadays in this game everyone just abuses each other. Due to some fake people this game has become useless.

This game is a scam. It only uses players to make money - if you don’t spend real money, your account gets banned or restricted. They force you to buy things to keep playing, and if you don’t, they shut down your progress. Don’t download it. Total waste of time and a cash grab.

Very disappointed! My account was unfairly banned for “spam” even though I never violated any rules. Your automated system made a mistake, and your support team isn’t even reviewing it properly. I’ve spent time and effort enjoying this game - please act fair and let real players speak instead of bots making final decisions. This is not the right way to treat genuine users.
