There's no reason an app like this needs an account except for data farming
Immediately had problems with microphone stopping before finishing saying it. Locations unable to be found on your map, and when found, it sent me across the United States to the east Coast. When I tried to cancel the wrong address, afterwards I couldn't add anymore locations and had to completely start over with the same issue of not finding the first obvious location with the exact location I'm at. Your charging for this? 😡

very expensive
terrible navigation app, it gets your location wrong half the time, show a stupid unhelpful dotted line to a nearby random road, and navigates from there instead of you. and there's no manual way to reset your location either. they charge a high price for low quality navigation, the only useful thing is that you can get the milage and predicted times for the route.
inputs wrong address when scanning amazon packages. my 3hr block took me 4.5 hours instead.
this app isn't free. they get you nice and comfy in their app then hit you with a $20/month subscription. otherwise you get 10 stops max. 10 stops is the max Google maps allows so unless you can't figure out an efficient route for 10 stops this app is useless to you unless your willing to fork over $240 per year. don't support predatory companies like these who use tactics like this, this app is not free. and don't support companies who sell products as subscription packages.

Thought i give the standard plan ago as it said i can optimize UNLIMTED stops per route, yet when i come to upload a csv it says the spreadsheet contains too many stops. So its not UNLIMITED as it says. Thankfully it had a 14 day trial when i canceled after 5 mins. Very disappointing.

if youre gonna make me pay to use your app, just make it a paid app in the first place
absolute horrible app you set up the route the way that you want it and then when you get to the next screen you hit optimize you cannot even bypass optimized and it takes your route that you spend all your time building so that you could use it correctly and this stupid app takes and mixes it all up with no way of going back and fixing it the only option is to delete your route and start from fresh do not waste your money with this app
will not take excel sheets anymore idk why but nonmatter how I format the sheet it wont map it at all and the all it does is send me to its website and doesn't have anything useful for the situation im in
I have canceled my subscription a year ago, but now they are billing me for not even using route planner anymore. This is robbery.
routing turned into what looked like a kids scrawlings. about 6x longer than necessary. all over the place.
Gave this a try for a couple days and decided to pay 9.99 for unlimited stops. It no longer acknowledges me on a plan or lets me print or download my completed routes and suddenly tells me that 9.99 is now only for 3 months then goes to 19.99. I canceled, am still being charged though I am supposedly also on a free trial....all in one day. Very disappointing and I will be spreading the word to all my colleagues
no notification received before taking first payment. I thought it was law to inform before collecting a first payment via subscription. cancelled but how do I get my money back?
Lied to, can't do my route, can't add more than 10 stops with the $9.99 "lite" tier, can't even upgrade to the standard one to save me tonight, issues with the software letting me change subscription. You've actually screwed me with your ineptitude.I would rate 0 if I could.

Terrible planning, has you drive past a delivery 3x and crossibg major routes multiple times when totally unnecessary. I would not waste your money.

The app will either "fit" the "ungrouped" anywhere or put the "ungrouped" at the end of the navigating route, depending on the choice u make. Also, the app takes u on major streets/roads to get to a stop, overlooking the streets in-between, that takes u directly to a stop, if u don't know the area, this will cost u even more time.
you can't find the app in the listing of apps in android even though it exists - 8 think there's something wrong with the name itself! I only can find it if I go to my recently installed app list in the play store otherwise I just can't find it!

App refuses to optimize routes now. On top of constant crashes, lag, or just straight up not loading, $20 bucks a month for the premium version is stupid and I'll be finding something else to use for my delivery routes.
The route plan isn't the shortest nor the fastest. Sometimes it looks stupid to repeat the same road as unnecessary.
I doesn't give the best route. every couple of stops it seems to double back. on its self
the app has an ego, it needs to give me fireworks and celebrate like a child and close everything else im doing when my route is finished. That is terrible and I want it removed, or I'm gone.
