this app isn't free. they get you nice and comfy in their app then hit you with a $20/month subscription. otherwise you get 10 stops max. 10 stops is the max Google maps allows so unless you can't figure out an efficient route for 10 stops this app is useless to you unless your willing to fork over $240 per year. don't support predatory companies like these who use tactics like this, this app is not free. and don't support companies who sell products as subscription packages.

if youre gonna make me pay to use your app, just make it a paid app in the first place
absolute horrible app you set up the route the way that you want it and then when you get to the next screen you hit optimize you cannot even bypass optimized and it takes your route that you spend all your time building so that you could use it correctly and this stupid app takes and mixes it all up with no way of going back and fixing it the only option is to delete your route and start from fresh do not waste your money with this app

I have canceled my subscription a year ago, but now they are billing me for not even using route planner anymore. This is robbery.
routing turned into what looked like a kids scrawlings. about 6x longer than necessary. all over the place.
Gave this a try for a couple days and decided to pay 9.99 for unlimited stops. It no longer acknowledges me on a plan or lets me print or download my completed routes and suddenly tells me that 9.99 is now only for 3 months then goes to 19.99. I canceled, am still being charged though I am supposedly also on a free trial....all in one day. Very disappointing and I will be spreading the word to all my colleagues
no notification received before taking first payment. I thought it was law to inform before collecting a first payment via subscription. cancelled but how do I get my money back?
Lied to, can't do my route, can't add more than 10 stops with the $9.99 "lite" tier, can't even upgrade to the standard one to save me tonight, issues with the software letting me change subscription. You've actually screwed me with your ineptitude.I would rate 0 if I could.

Terrible planning, has you drive past a delivery 3x and crossibg major routes multiple times when totally unnecessary. I would not waste your money.

app is not worth it. constantly freezes or says there's an error when trying to update the route or mark delivered. even when I tried to cancel the update or cancel the reroute, there is still an error that won't clear. I downloaded it and had to stop about 1/4 of my route because it was causing more problems than it was worth. I subscribed and paid 19.99 for a waste of an app. know I'm out the 20 bucks and wasted time. subscription has been canceled and I wish I could get my money back.
Fix your AI. You can not make a safe or legal delivery from the interstate.
After the last update it just doesn't talk to Waze anymore.
Google searched Free Route App, this one comes up, spent the past hour uploading my address to only try to optimize my Route and then asks for money! What a waste of my time!
While the features are nice, it lacks simple tools like being able to easily order your route the exact way you want without having to jump through hoops by wasting time drawing circles around each stop. Being able to simply drag the list of stops up and down in the exact preferred order should be a basic feature that is found in Road Warrior. It also often gets addresses completely wrong. This is what happens when you have developers design apps for industries they've never worked for.

SCAM ALERT! I was charged after 3 days of using the trial version (should have been 14 free days), even if I've unsubscribed. They have been reported for scam!

Trash app, the stops i added wasnt optimized correctly. it cant tell that the addresses are in the same lot. It will make you go to a farther stop lol
What a shame such an amazing concept doesn't give the option for passenger carriers i.e School/Coach Buses. It only hosts package delivery. My biggest concern is the optimizing, There's certain routes that doesn't require optimization at all, Its default company routes. Basically stop forcing optimizing, make it easy to switch around stops by a simple Drag option like Google maps instead of forcing to draw useless lines or circles. and last I submitted a reform request a year ago, no response.
App refuses to optimize routes now. On top of constant crashes, lag, or just straight up not loading, $20 bucks a month for the premium version is stupid and I'll be finding something else to use for my delivery routes.
The route plan isn't the shortest nor the fastest. Sometimes it looks stupid to repeat the same road as unnecessary.
I doesn't give the best route. every couple of stops it seems to double back. on its self
the app has an ego, it needs to give me fireworks and celebrate like a child and close everything else im doing when my route is finished. That is terrible and I want it removed, or I'm gone.
I've used this app for a number of years now. It doesn't always put your room in the best possible order, you drive past deliveries. The app takes you sometimes 2 minutes out of your way, which we know can add up. If you have a pick up scheduled and you're going to be late it just removes that stop. Plus it's a little bit pricey for what you get.
Not impressed with the optimization. Stop 1 and 5 were close to each other but didn't put them together.
