Contains spyware, can't be used without Google Play. In an effort to de-Google I installed a custom ROM without any Google apps. SportCity doesn't offer this app outside the Play store, so I had to download it from a 3rd party site. But the app scans my phone for the Play store (spying on my phone without my permission) and says "Something went wrong. Check that Google Play is enabled on your phone." To the reply: BS, it doesn't require Google Play, you can easily remove that requirement.

There is no option to cancel your membership on the app.
App just got updated and completely useless by automatic log off if no connectivity (a returning bug fixed a year ago) and complicated log on. Suggestions: login with pin, login with fingerprint.
I get the notification that my account is connected to multiple e-mail addresses. If I click on the button "go to My Details" yo change my email, nothing happens. I now have to log in each time with my membership id, over and over again...

Nonsense, very bad service
I recently joined the SportCity gym branch in Amsterdam, primarily attracted by the availability of a sauna. Unfortunately, after patiently waiting for its reopening, I was informed that the sauna is permanently closed without any explanation. This unexpected closure has left me feeling disappointed.
New style of app changed also widget. Now you can see which class and where you booked, but most important TIME is missing.
De app zegt dat mijn email adres niet valid is terwijl die dat wel is en ik hem zelf geconfirmeerd heb. Nu kan ik niet inloggen. Ik kan ook niet mijn email aanpassen op de site.
The app SUCKS: keeps logging me out. Also can only search 5 locations at a time which is not enough for me.
Since the latest update, every time I open the app, I have to login again! The app is useless if you get constantly logged out! And this happens on all my devices. Please fix this!
Suddenly i'm logged out and can't log in with my member number anymore? I can only log in with email, but I never received the login link (not in the spam folder either) and so now I can't access my account at all!

If you go with a who is a member, it's free. But you have to make an account and a few days later i had to pay €10,-. Don't go you're going just once.
I am not able to install this application on my phone. After download installation is failing..

Spams the inbox with pointless mails that can't be stopped. Bloated procedure for booking and clocking a visit.
I used to love the app but recently it has been so buggy that it is hard to track anything. my rewards and history botton do nothing and I cant even see previous weeks to track my time in the gym. also would love to have a connection with the technogym app or google fit so you can track workouts better
The process for inviting a friend doesn't work well. Every time my wife invited me I have to re-enter all my details even though they are already in the app. And then when I try to scan the qr for entry to the gym it says something went wrong even though the invitation eventually did seem to work in the app.
Lately the classes in the app are messed up and not reflect the right hours. My version of the app is 6.0.4 and using Google Pixel 7 phone
The QR code reader must be improved.
