Latest update rubbish. Now can't order food (error saying unable to load data) from the menu. And it flogs gambling right in the middle of the main screen. Avoid this app.

App not working. After having to update the app after recent visit. The app doesn't load. Just has sporting globe logo bouncing up and down constantly. Very annoying as I couldn't use my app credit or birthday credit. Please fix your app
Since updated to the latest, I can't scan my membership at the bar. Barcode is too zoomed in and not showing the either side, hence I always have to give my phone number, this is very annoying. Please fix it I am sure that many people are having the same problem.
Still having issues with new app as previous! Will not accept new password! Used at least 8 letters both, upper AND lower case✓✓, at least 1 ✓ number and one punctuation character in the middle✓. Tried about 5 times, both fields identical✓, all parameters met✓✓✓✓✓ but just refuses to accept... Still USELESS and Very ANNOYING! With a pretty new high end phone Samsung galaxy S24+.🤔 Can't answer extra questions below because the app won't let me advance past first stage...👎
After upgrading the app to version 2.6.2, the Home and Offers tab continue to say "We've upgraded the app. Download the most recent app". The latest version is already installed yet the message persists.which means I can't access these tabs. Please urgently fix.

Can't reconnect to old account and will not let me develop new account.
Can't sign up, click next after mobile phone but doesn't load or do anything. Deleted cache/data, redownloaded, just not worth any more attempts.
App is bad. Can't use as member as app asked to confirm location but has no confirm button. Must log in as guest every time.
Comes with a side of many, many bugs. Great stuff.

What is a status 200 error. I sign into the app, all looks good. Click on order now and then see authentication fail. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but it didn't fix it.

Won't let me create a membership because my password doesn't have 1 number and 1 symbol (it quite clearly does!) Oh you're f$#@& kidding me! It must contain exactly 1 number and 1 symbol, good security.
Wont allow me to order through the app. Keeps on giving me (staus-200) error, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried logging out and logging back in.
Slow. Hard to scroll. A nightmare to navigate. It's rare that an app is so bad it puts me off buying anything but this app manages to achieve just that.

Wont send me the code takes forever for me to get a email about the code
Performs badly, bandwidth must rely on a hampters in a wheel. go to get bank code on CC charge, and I lose my current order. I have uninstalled the app.
I've reinstalled this app afew times now and still have the same issue. I sign into my account, order, then go to pay and it goes in as guest. So i never earn any points, whats the point of even having the app? If its not sorted soon i'll probably just go elsewhere!

Was a great app. Got an update and is now broken.
I sat here for 20 minutes before realising the app stuffed up and the order never went through after clicking order. Annoyed
used to be great sittin in and ordering but lately cannot order anything tried to delete and re load but still have problems need to find out if this is only happening to me or others thanks glen
Tried to login and forgot my password. Reset password and can't because upper, lower and number chars required. Website doesn't accept new password even tho I use upper lower and numbers. So i cant use app and im Very frustrated wasting my time for 30mins after multiple trys
