You can't sign into different versions of the app (ie. if you get the app through ios or android play store, you can't sign into the app on your smart tv that's a different version, so you have to cast). It's one of the most expensive streaming apps for what you get. And they don't make it easy to cancel the subscription.
first of all it doesn't work well at all on your TV device, it should work on all device if you're subscribed to it, I brought it separately without a Cogeco subscription in Windsor Ontario, when I finally get in after spending almost an hour to sign into Sportsnet and to get it to play every time I turn it on to watch it just horrible once I get the picture and finally get in the picture is bad, buffers it's not my television the sound goes in and out,screen goes black, it's bad.

Just plain sucks
deleted all ties with sports net today without a doubt the worst app and company ever, customer service is non existent, they take your money than lock you out, when I try to restore my subscription it says I already have one, I will never have anything to do with rogers again.
Connection and loading issues plague this app. us open final round live coverage has not updated once today. SMH we eat sports app on the market lol

Bring hockey night in canada back
I initially gave a 1 star review due to the app being generally terrible, but feel the need to add that I will be never be subscribing to Sportsnet+ again after the announcement of hockey night in Canada unceremoniously losing broadcasting.
I had this app for a while and enjoyed watching sports here. But they are unfortunately a disgraceful company with absolutely no moral compass. Every employee should be ashamed of themselves.

Uninstalled the app as a result of the decision to end Hockey Night in Canada altogether and make it behind a paywall. Do not support Rogers, plain and simple.
they stole hockey from Canadiens and try and sell it back to them. give CBC hockey night in Canada back

I paid for an annual subscription, and the app will not stream. it crashes constantly. Worse decision I ever made.

Why does every sports app I look for always bad?
No option for zero stars. No clue from this app what's on the Sportsnet tv channels. Not remotely accurate and doesn't even list all the channels. Absolutely terrible.

if I could give this app 1/2 star out of 5 I would. I've never had an app crash so much. If it wasn't for watching hockey it would be gone in a minute. Very painful experience. do better Rogers!!
truly awful. the streams are so far behind live. it glitches and crashes constantly. it's just awful. I wish everything was on TSN.

Garbage ....plus the replays of the hockey game don't show the goal penalty or whatever happened...they would rather show other things that don't matter and by the time the puck drops again no replay of goal or penalty
Rarely ever get game start notifications, and the radio stream is always well behind the app meaning you get score updates well before it's announced on the radio stream and usually ruining high energy moments.

Freezes and crashes my TCL TV. Very disappointing for such a big company. I understand TCL could do more. Sportsnet could do more with their app. Add some options for picture quality instead of relying on automatic settings.

ive had nothing but problems. streaming errors, can't restart games, menus are awful. any basic operation ive had problems with consistently. its crazy how hard it is to view something that was on earlier in the day. im not on the app looking for the game next week. how about show the games of the day somewhere on the home page??? without ruining the score!

A lot of money for an app that freezes, skips to live, closes at least twice a game, struggles to run every game whether MLB or NHL.
I think Mr. Ted Rogers would be embarrassed that this piece of garbage represents his legacy.
I paid for a subscription but I cant watch anything. its a waste of money I want a refund!
As Rogers rakes millions from customers they cannot even produce a consistent app. All MLB players are less than 3' tall, so they must all be fat. 2'5" 240 lbs? Maybe don't have a $ store programmer.
