nice idea, but painfully slow. so far I've saved about £4 on a variety of purchases and then whilst trying to check out at a store, the voucher wouldn't load at a till, after my red face of embarrassment turned to rage I paid cash, effectively paying twice for the items. no refund, a chatbot in training mode and an email address that promises to get back in 1 working day... nice

The App charged twice £50 charges while trying to purchase tesco gift card . i did not receive the card and the money was charged on my account received £50 refund awaiting another £50 refund been 2 days now . also my app is stuck as keeps asking for verifying my mortgage account even after doing so keeps coming back on same page . wish i could speak to a customer service have sent a number of emails awaiting reply..
app is slow to load and only possible at self scan till points.
Good concept. Onboarding needs to be much clearer. Did two shops only to find out my Clydebank mortgage wasn't supported!
