Reminder notifications don't work so it is a pointless app
The main feature doesn't work. I bought this app to remind me to do my pelvic floor exercises, but it doesn't give me notifications, and if it does it's super intermittent. Contacted support but the guy was super rude and not helpful. I don't think it's right to charge people for an app that doesn't provide one of the main selling points.

Notifications don't come through. I brought the app as recommended by midwife but the notifications dont come through. they come up when you open the app but thats no good. Im also a bit disappointed as didnt know it was just one exercise, thought there was more to the app. Currently on the email to support but thats so far proving unhelpful. All my apps work and send me notifications so why not this one!?
This App has been really good for years but the last couple of weeks the notifications have stopped working, which for me means I no longer do the exercises as I just don't remember!

Paid money and reminders do not even work properly, how hard is it?
Following a recent holiday to a different timezone, reminders now have set themselves to the new timezone and won't recover to UK time. Tried manually changing them and turning on / off, restarting the phone but no help. Trying to avoid uninstalling and re-installing as I'd be charged again.
The sound functionality has just decided to disable itself and the sound icon is greyed out. On 'quick' mode both sound and vibrate are greyed out. How can this be rectified please?
It doesn't notify me, and it seems to think I'm in a different time zone as it's not synced with the time on my phone.

It's a good app but the reminders don't work which is frustrating because I am constantly forgetting to do the exercises. The only reason I paid for the app was for the prompts to do the exercises, so not ideal it doesnt work.
