The user interface is confusing and unintuitive, but my biggest issue is screenshots being disabled. Why am I being prevented from taking screenshots of my own bank accounts?

1. this is white labelled app - for a banking company is sad, 2. every interactions feels like a using a webview, and 3. fingerprint login stops working for no reasons - logged out and in, uninstall and fresh install - still not working
insanely slow and bloated with junk. Keeps logging me out everytime I go between apps, for example getting the secure code from messages or accepting a call get said code, so my account is constantly getting locked and having to keep resetting passwords
Update: Contact with St George... Via Instagram... Which appears to be the superior St George app when it comes to support. App is still useless. No demonstrated understanding of how to create an app UI. Need to know "Secrets" to get in contact with a human and not their limited AI. Endless long menus to wade through. App would have been dated 10 years ago. No action on the part of St George from the email address recommended by the Devs. Rating down graded to -5/5 Stars.
tried opening account and received email to setup mobile/internet banking. But no temporary details to sign in were given so now I can't sign in. Forgot password does not work since it's expecting more than the 8 digit account number I received in the email. Phone support can't help and just tells you to go to a physical branch. Too much hassle to bother with this bank.

I have to put my pin in like 5 times before it unlocks the app. No updates pending, so no idea what is going on. Very annoying!
I clicked on Services and then Going Overseas. I was told there would be a drop down sheet to list overseas travel dates etc, but nothing appears on my samsung S22.

This is the worst ever bank in Australia. Their customer service is the worst of worst and the processing time is the slowest compared to other banks . It doesn't even deserve a star . Please chose another bank to bank because they are more efficient and reliable compared to St George.

I have left about 4 reviews about this app . purely in the hope that someone from support will genuinely contact me in regards to their pathetic and totally unusable app. But all I get from these useless support staff is "contact us if you're still having problems " . Well I have tried contacting you multiple times and you don't respond I have tried calling the number and the phone staff are even more useless ( if that is possible ) . Support staff should not get paid they do nothing
no good stgeorge bank takes money doesnt give it back for medical reasons.called 2 times still no reques.
there's a bug in your app that overlays the 'browse files' function not allowing me to get through to actually attach documents, delaying my handover process

worst banking app. so poorly designed
app works great on apple but on Android it won't accept my passcode to sign in it just loops around and asks for fingerprint but that doesn't always work so there have been times when I've been unable to sign in.

the app worked properly until upgrade to Android 16. after resetting the app, and new setup it worked 1 time after adding finger print. now after login only gray screen with spinning wheel edit: The answer from developer is like from bot.Iit is clearly incompatibility with Android 16. It works on my other phone with Android 13 and it WORKED on my phone with previous Android -15.edit 2: works with pin. looks like it got problem passing credential while using fingerprint
Not fit for purpose, UI is not user friendly, have a look at the Macquarie app if you want to see how things should be done. Lack of multi factor authentication and inability to use symbols in passwords (why not???) concerning from a security point of view as well.

Unreliable, dumps your data and requires you to rebuild your profile two frequently, wasting time especially if you don't have it with you and you have to go through the phone service to get it.
I am beyond annoyed with this app. I don't mind popups or pop-ins (appearing on my lists) but there is no way to acknowledge and then have them disappear. The developers of this app could do with spending a little time reviewing other banking service apps to learn how to smoothly operate.
