Terrible app, it never lets you login at 1st try. I have to try atleast 10 times or even more to just login access my funds. The bank is good but the app is not.
They still delete the quick logon and make you search old emails to find your details
Installed so as to get access to a digital card. Could not access a digital card. Interface is obtuse - can only access digital card option *before* logging in. In any case it said I didn't have any digital cards anyway - despite having an eligible physical card. No explanation as to why. No apparent mechanism to activate digital option. Only solution is to phone support and wait in queue. Disinclined.

I am using an android phone. I have to re-download the app twice in the play store and have the same results. I cannot view the transaction within the account. it appears that the columns overlap and therefore the numbers overlap in each row. this is making unusable to view all transactions.
After recent update, just can't login through the app, just doesn't work, very frustrating.
I try to login but all I get is a spinning circle. I wait and still no change. I can't use this app on my phone at all. I can't even quick-check my balances.

Like 10 years behind in online banking. Withdrawal notifications take days to recieve because of pending status. Minimum amount needs to be more than $20 aswell
This app looks like 30 years old. What a poor and outdated app. Embarrasing for a big 4 bank.
Fix the login!! The quick login is totally bugged out. Trying to log in is so painful, you enter your login pin and you just keep getting refreshed over and over again. Have spent at times 5 minutes trying to login.

1. this is white labelled app - for a banking company is sad, 2. every interactions feels like a using a webview, and 3. fingerprint login stops working for no reasons - logged out and in, uninstall and fresh install - still not working
insanely slow and bloated with junk. Keeps logging me out everytime I go between apps, for example getting the secure code from messages or accepting a call get said code, so my account is constantly getting locked and having to keep resetting passwords
Update: Contact with St George... Via Instagram... Which appears to be the superior St George app when it comes to support. App is still useless. No demonstrated understanding of how to create an app UI. Need to know "Secrets" to get in contact with a human and not their limited AI. Endless long menus to wade through. App would have been dated 10 years ago. No action on the part of St George from the email address recommended by the Devs. Rating down graded to -5/5 Stars.
tried opening account and received email to setup mobile/internet banking. But no temporary details to sign in were given so now I can't sign in. Forgot password does not work since it's expecting more than the 8 digit account number I received in the email. Phone support can't help and just tells you to go to a physical branch. Too much hassle to bother with this bank.
All AI rubbish and very hard to follow - ZERO customer service. App uninstalled after 5 minutes Total, absolute, disgusting AI garbage. ZERO customer service - ridiculously complicated to use - APP disabled ater 5 minutes - would not touch it with a barge pole.

I clicked on Services and then Going Overseas. I was told there would be a drop down sheet to list overseas travel dates etc, but nothing appears on my samsung S22.

In order to log in, I need to clear cache and data every time, which means, putting all information every single time I want to use the app. It simply defeats the purpose of accessibility. Terrible.
Worst login experience It takes me a lest ten attempts to login every time
the app worked properly until upgrade to Android 16. after resetting the app, and new setup it worked 1 time after adding finger print. now after login only gray screen with spinning wheel edit: The answer from developer is like from bot.Iit is clearly incompatibility with Android 16. It works on my other phone with Android 13 and it WORKED on my phone with previous Android -15.edit 2: works with pin. looks like it got problem passing credential while using fingerprint
Not fit for purpose, UI is not user friendly, have a look at the Macquarie app if you want to see how things should be done. Lack of multi factor authentication and inability to use symbols in passwords (why not???) concerning from a security point of view as well.
