They charged me twice for a subscription when I never subscribed for their service. Beware, this app is a sneaky one! Edit1 : This is a response to the reply since I didn't see a reply button. What I said is absolutely true. I was charged AED7.99 twice, the charge appeared on my credit card statement & as I was charged, I also got a notification from my bank app but taking a screenshot of that is not possible.
app crashes and cant open

App always needs to update.
App used to be good, unfortunately recently stopped working at all. Once you want to select an airport it gets stuck. Useless.

Have premium subscription but app is hanging with continual busy circle when trying to input departure and destination airports. Unable to get loads when I really need them! Emailed support a couple of days ago but no response. Have just emailed again...

Rating it a one star because they just changed everything and are making you pay for everything when their loads aren't even that accurate to begin with! Avoid this app now... There are many out there that are better and more accurate! Shame on your staff airlines for ripping people off when all you do it gather info from the main stream airlines websites!
It used to be usefull, after the update, every time i open the apps, it ask to always updating. Now its trash app
Can't look up anything without paying for premium after this latest update. Will be deleting.
App used to be free. Most useful features now locked behind a premium subscription. No reason to use this app with other options that are free or use a different method for monetization.
The paying version that allows you to see loads in the future doesn't offer much value compared to other free solutions. At a cost of 5$/6$ a month that's expensive.
New app is not working

The reduced functionality(only offering for current day loads) makes no sense. As it is the app doesn't offer detailed loads. Going premium seems to be a money making tactic more than anything else.

Good if and when it works.. I paid for the premium as it was good to start with but now I can't input the start and destination locations... Please fix as its good when it works..
App was great to plan commute, now it's just same day and pay for future days... uninstalling
