The most recent update has a lot of bugs. It won't let you type in loads and freezes a lot.
Latest update made it so extremely slow I have to uninstall and reinstall and restart my phone to be able to submit loads. Also if Polaris isn't first class than what the hell IS first class? submitting loads for united i will continue to list Polaris as first class because it is not just business class. there is Polaris, united premium plus aka business, economy plus and economy. hence Polaris should be listed as first class. if delta one is first than so is Polaris as delta one isn't equal.

Have to re-login all the time on android now after latest update and the wheel spins forever

Overall, very unreliable. I believe this is mostly due to the group by trips feature. Unable to delete requests. Some delete requests still appear, and when you try to delete it tells you that you are not subscribed to this flight. By the fact that this response even exists, it means this is a known design flaw. On some flights, I've received multiple update emails, but the app is still marked as Awaiting response. Disappointing!
since the last update, it wont let me search by flight number.. only by route. when i use route instead of flight number, not only is it annoying to navigate all the flights sometimes, but it actually also only shows direct flights (obviously), so i have to look up wach leg using route as opposed to just typing in individual flight numbers, which is much more convenient for me. not sure why this hasnt been fixed yet, but its been going on for months.
you can't get accurate updates on the loads. It doesn't update in a timely manner.
Some "Sarah" acuses you of wrong loads without a proper reason. You wait for ages for an answer and you actually are at luck if you get the loads, so I don't blame "Sarah" if someone thinks the loads are wrong after 4 months.
it is not opening in my device
The app itself is fantastic however since the priority request has been introduced I have noticed a lot more of my normal requests aren't being answered. However if you post it as a priority request it will be answered almost immediately. I'm sure the devs can look at the date and perhaps limit people on how many prior requests they answer per month to push them to also answer normal requests.

singed me out and when I signed back in, I lost my 50+ credits I had in there
Clicking twice on a flight SHOULD NOT be priority request! It requested a flight I did not want. Create a different way to make a request a priority!it's ridiculous. And it could happen by accident which is what just t'apprend to me, using up a credit. That's annoying! And just bad app. Not user friendly!
slow connections..Not impressed. Will return to my other Esim company soon..
