poor and delayed communications regarding important and timely issues.

forced updates, how dare you block me from my stocks for your stupid updates.
worst install experience, bombarded with email verifications, app buttons were underneath the navigation bar and to finish off the app says something went wrong on signing up and to contact support.

Really bad, too complicated.
trying to make an account and the app doesn't want to move to the next screen sign up section and at times will not load up the keyboard to sign up.
Just logged in this morning and all my Aus holdings are missing!

Fraudulent activities, so many flaws,misguidance ,I want to sue these guys,I have screenshots for misleading stock prices 52week highs and lows ,average cost prices all misleading see you in the court of law .
Constantly Cancelling Sell Orders. I've put in 4 sell orders in the past 7 days and all of them have been cancelled without reason or explanation. They've been the same sell value and quantity yet Stake cancels them. If you buy stock they don't really care but once you try to sell them at a profit that's enough of a reason for Stake to cancel your orders (?). I'd recommend another app so that you're not stuck having to pay for a fee to transfer your stocks to a different service provider.
This has been one of the most frustrating user experiences I have had with an app. I don't know if user testing was ever conducted with users that have an android because it certainly doesn't feel like it. I can't navigate the app because they are located in the same space as the android system buttons at the bottom of the screen. It was incredibly frustrating.
The recent update in the app couldn't let me see the total profit or loss which is an essential feature for me to continue trading. The app is useless for me now.
Nothing good but cheap
App is buggy as all hell after updating today. I have no holdings? zip, nada, nothing? I still can see my purchase history so at least there's proof I own something. Seems my holdings are back after reopening the app for the seventh time (with pin). Uh huh...
Can't make osko payments anymore, then they've removed fee's for debit cards whole they're fixing it, and won't let me deposit via debit card or google pay either. Terrible customer service, and horrible UI. They better fix this and fast.
Yes, this app is probably a lot better than other SMSF-based trading apps; however, there is so much room for improvement to compete with trading apps like momomooo, Webull, etc. In the recent update, the ability to see the gains/losses in the quick view by percentage is missing. This feature is essential and fundamental. Why has this been removed?

I have been very disappointed with your recent service. There were a few errors and delays in adding funds. And today, I could not log into my account. cannot reset the password, on the website, it does not go further from white blank page when I try to log in. Being prompt is crucial for investment. I am not sure if I will keep using this app if systemic/techinical errors continue to happen. I hope you will invest more in maintenance and management and improve the serive.
this app is useless so many login issues
lagging for etf keep asking for a rate limit buy 100%, then buying 0.xx shares too but i cant sell by limit sell under 0.xx shares sell separately? extra 6 dollars fees stake black? nothing just for instant money + unable to withdraw USD. we have to exchange to aud

Terrible UI/UX, can't even do simple things in the app like a password reset (even though it implies you can lol), garbage customer service, very little features and personal control. Should be renamed to "MisStake", as that is far more accurate.

complete scam. put a few bucks in a few years ago. go to withdraw. $10 minimum. go to convert to aud to invest in Australian stocks. $10 minimum. am told to add money to reach the minimum. go to deposit. $50 minimum + fees.... you have to pay fees to get your own money back out. luckily the local news is doing a story on this so many can avoid

it's OK. UX is a bit clunky and there is a bit of fee gouging considering it's a software app with no brick and mortor stores and no support, where a query takes 2 weeks to get a response.
Contacting support takes a week at the moment, no other way to get help. Just get the generic "higher volume of requests than usual" excuse.
latest update screwed up the app on my samsung. now I can't access anything but the main screen it opens to because the menu is overlaid by the bottom screen commands of the phone, which get selected instead of the menu options.

APPRECIATE STAKE RESPONSE TWICE WHERE IT APPEARS STAKE UNABLE TO RECTIFY ISSUE, TO RESEMBLE MOST BROKERS. EQUALLY IMPORTANT: HOW CAN TRADING PERFORM WITHOUT A BASIC DEPTH BUY/SELL SERVICE? LOW COST COMPUTER TRADE PLATFORMS OFFER THIS PENALTY FREE, ONE OF TWO CONSUMER NEEDS FOR TRADING. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT A SIGN OF INTEREST, ISNT RECTIFYING CONSUMER BASIC SERVICE FAILURES$$
great app but still glitchy and also cannot do recurring purchases. bit annoying and feel like I should have stayed with the old broker
