i spend money on this game, after some time, i decided to quite because of hit delay, poor latency, cheaters, and i tried to somehow withdraw some of my money that i spent, only to lose my skins . The game DOES NOT offer customer support in those situations, if you spend money in ts game, its gone, trying to do some third-party stuff you'll get scammed, lots of gypsies, all scammers, toxic community, just a copy of CS2. Just play the real thing, its free

I've played this game for 5+ years and it's honestly gotten worse for NA players like me. When it comes to playing Competitve Mode, the only "playable" servers are Brazil and Netherlands with 150-175 ping on average since USA servers are dead... crazy work. On top of that, this update (with new Agent skins) has made game optimization worse, resulting in constant frame drops (often falling in 40 fps range). Also, there aren't enough skins compared to Critical Ops in my opinion... GL HF, I guess.
as a guy who played this game a lot of years I got 1 advice for all of u.Crates is a scam do not go for crates
fix the agent board game thing, what abt the people who want skins and cases , atleast change the option not just gold and real money,give us a chance to earn dice rolls for free 💔

The matchmaking is broken. Im a Phoenix, but I keep getting matched with Elites and Legends because the game is dying. It’s not fair to get destroyed every match. I’m going back to Gold 2, the best I ever did was Ranger rank playing solo.On top of that, there are too many cheaters and the developers don't care about reports. The lag is also a mess, players with high ping teleport everywhere, so you can't even hit them. This game is garbage
помимо того, что разрабы помешались на донате, хотелось бы ещё сказать пару слов за систему подсчёта ммр. Почему когда я в дуэлях выигрываю 8:2 мне дают 29 ммр, а когда проигрываю 7:8 с меня снимают 35. раньше хоть видно было график раундов а теперь тебе вслепую циферки пишут
