Update 2026: the devs cannot figure out how to beta test a ham sandwich, been 5 years and they still can't be bothered to have a regular event/release schedule, and their tech support is incapable of reading 4 sentences. My 1 star review holds.

This game is terrible, Force Arena was 100x better
They set reward values and then decide not to give the same rewards after changing eras. Most people are stuck unable to upgrade required units. When CG gets called out for it they always backtrack and send out a crazy compensation to everyone that screws over the paying players! Progression in Coliseum is locked behind a paywall if you want to rank higher. It used to be skill based with paying players getting more mats to upgrade.

1 star only cuz theres no sounds idk why or how, i tried to delete and download again but still same. And yes all the sounds are enabled in-game but there's still none
this game has screwed me. played for years and run a big guild. Just got a new phone and it uploaded my account but not my progress. I can only access my original stuff on my old phone through wi fi. chatted with their stupid AI which is useless. screw these developers
The customer service is a reflection of how companies are allowed to treat us today. I think half answers that are meant to get you to close the ticket are bad business practice. I like star wars- and it is most companies these days. Sigh.

This game is made FOR pay to win, and f2p gets shafted every inch of the way. every update is a way to squeeze money out of the star wars and it's fans just because the people who spend money won't stop. every change to events is seemingly designed to make the game more narrow while simultaneously taking up more and more of your time. Every new mode is a money grab. DONT play this game if you value your mental, physical, and fiscal health. PS, I'm a 3 or 4 year player with 8 mill GP
I played this before, tried it again. it took 5 minutes to remember why I stopped. Too much garbage and alerts, it takes almost 10 minutes to get to actually play. In addition, this game is a boring, money grab that is aimed at hierarchy of fun. only the ones that pay big will have a good time. it doesn't matter how accurate the portrayals are if the game play is lagging and repetitive. This is a lumbering bore of a game. I really tried.

This game represents EVERYTHING wrong with mobile gaming, EA Games and microtransactions. Seriously if you're a SW fan stop supporting this trash. Pay $60 for an actual good SW game, there are plenty out there just don't support EA & Capital Games. The people that work here are disgusting low life scumbags.
You spend most of your time messing with menus the actual detail on graphics are good, but the actual gameplay is stagnant and its the pop ups asking you to spend money or asking you if you would like notifications all in all you spend a very small amount of time actually playing the game. IMO avoid.
been playing 10 years and now I cant log in to account . keeps starting again even though it was saved to Google play . absolute joke . every other game works an logs you in . not ea . there log in system is a joke , always had problems with it. big company like ea cant even log you in to the right account. ridiculous
Mired in microtransactions. I buy stuff in games here and there, but you have to sink literally hundreds of dollars to get any kind of real progress in this game.
If you have massive patience, there is still fun to be had. The theory crafting, squad synergy, and satisfaction of finally unlocking a legendary character like Darth or Luke skywalker completely free is highly addictive. Just go into it knowing that the competitive PvP leaderboard belongs strictly to those who open their wallets, I can't forget The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different heroes.
Support for the game is terrible. I've requested help with in-game issues 3 times, including with paid content that disappeared from my account. Nothing was done to fix the issue, just a half hearted apology and then closed the support ticket.
As a former guild leader, I advise you not to install this game. It is purposefully designed to keep you addicted. Sleep deprivation from playing this game lowered the threshold for me to become Epileptic at age 46. Now I need to take medicine every day for the rest of my life.
too much loading, everything requires a separate loading screen, I've loaded between 8 mins and still haven't been able to play anything yet. Plus my phones heating up and killing the battery quickly. In those 8 minutes I lost 12% on a brand new Samsung S25.
the devs don't care. they just want your money. don't spend money on this!!!!!!! we've been asking for bigger mods storage for 5+ years and it's not going to happen so you basically spend more time managing mods than actually playing the game. new "era mechanic" is just another money grab. there is 0 incentive to purchase things that are free over time.

Kinda miserable to play. Slow UI, boring gameplay, yawn worthy cast, no real story. if Mistplay wasn't literally paying me to play this, I'd never touch it again.
