This app is a joke. I have app updates disabled, yet Starbucks blocked access until I installed the latest update. This morning I wanted to redeem a free coffee using my reward points, but the app refused to work without updating first. I was stuck in a long queue waiting around 10 minutes for the update while people were rushing to work. Forced updates at the point of purchase are terrible customer service. I uninstalled the app and will be using Costa instead.
The App will not load on my S25, I've deleted and downloaded so many times now. I have to log into the website to access anything.
App won't show my scan code to collect points. Since tried uninstalling & reinstalling, & now won't let me log in. Tried 'Forgotten Password' several times & no email arrives even in Spam Folder.
Changes my defaults constantly so always wasting money on drinks I didn't want or can't drink. Adds extras I didnt want, puts frappaccino mix in all my drink and generally gets it wrong on more drinks than it should. Honestly, the amount of money wasted on bad drinks isnt even funny at this point.

trying to view all drinks is so painful. have to go through multiple "see alls" in a category, and then go back many times to go into a different category, only to have to click "see all" many times again to see the drinks
not rating the app .. heard that dogs will be banned inside and outside your coffee shops its wrong us british love our pets if there not welcome then you will loose customers
Can't view the menu without selecting a store. So if none of the stores nearby are open or they are not accepting orders ahead you can't view what's available.
Have been unable to log in for 3 months now. Endless loops, attempting reinstalls of app, cache clearing. Attempts to reset password never send emails, and frequent crashes when it did decide to work in the past.
rubbish cannot even set up an account.
where's my points for Starbucks Hemel Cineworld what's the point in a app if you don't want to reward points at checkout con artists
The app doesn't work on android. Doesn't load at all. But it works on my friends iPhone, even when we are both connected to the same WiFi... Judging by other reviews this is a common issue and it has been like this for a long time. Please fix it! 🙏🏻
Awful, tried repeatedly to create and log in to account on both PC and mobile. Nothing!

do not make me update to use basic app functions.
literally doesn't let me to log in. uninstalled and installed it again. I remembered all the log in details as it didn't remember biometrics...so every single time I had to remember it all but now I cannot log in at all for months and months on end. such a waste of time

Never opens and when it does it crashes and doesn't recognise any log in details. Absolutely useless
ordered almond latte. double checked before paying. when I paid it defaulted to semi skimmed milk. I'm severely allergic to dairy and only noticed once I'd taken a sip.

This must be one of the worst apps I have every used. I have thousands of points i can't use, due to the opennot opening.

When it works it is fine, but about half of the time it doesn't open at all and just sits on the title screen. Since I always order at the café, I am forced to give up using it, so I don't earn points or can't spend them when I want to. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app so many times, and even after this it still crashes! How can such a big company have such a buggy app?
This is an extremely slow loading app, if at all. I'm using that latest Android version on an S24
Why would you limit the available shops to only nearby when it's an app for ordering ahead??? Do you know how far you can go in 5 to 10 minutes when you're on the train???
the app has serious problems, always something went wrong when trying to log in, and session expired. I tried reinstalling the app and not it hangs at sign in and I can't even get in the app. for a multi billion company this is ridiculous

Stopped working after last update. Can no longer open app
Logs you out after roughly a month. It glitches each time you try to sign in again. I've found the only solution is to uninstall the app completely and then install again. Once reinstalled, you can sign in just fine. Then repeat the process after a month.
