Awful, tried repeatedly to create and log in to account on both PC and mobile. Nothing!

do not make me update to use basic app functions.
literally doesn't let me to log in. uninstalled and installed it again. I remembered all the log in details as it didn't remember biometrics...so every single time I had to remember it all but now I cannot log in at all for months and months on end. such a waste of time

ordered something thinking I could deliver it, didn't even give me an answer option and went straight too pick up, which I can't do, and too get a refund you still need too go to the bloody shop!!
Never opens and when it does it crashes and doesn't recognise any log in details. Absolutely useless
ordered almond latte. double checked before paying. when I paid it defaulted to semi skimmed milk. I'm severely allergic to dairy and only noticed once I'd taken a sip.

This must be one of the worst apps I have every used. I have thousands of points i can't use, due to the opennot opening.
The app worked fine the first week after I downloaded it, now it won't even open, it just stays on the green screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to use it. waste of time.

For some reason in the last year the app just decides on random to never load up. To resolve it I have to uninstall and reinstall whilst in the queue!

When it works it is fine, but about half of the time it doesn't open at all and just sits on the title screen. Since I always order at the café, I am forced to give up using it, so I don't earn points or can't spend them when I want to. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app so many times, and even after this it still crashes! How can such a big company have such a buggy app?
This is an extremely slow loading app, if at all. I'm using that latest Android version on an S24
Why would you limit the available shops to only nearby when it's an app for ordering ahead??? Do you know how far you can go in 5 to 10 minutes when you're on the train???
the app has serious problems, always something went wrong when trying to log in, and session expired. I tried reinstalling the app and not it hangs at sign in and I can't even get in the app. for a multi billion company this is ridiculous

Stopped working after last update. Can no longer open app
Logs you out after roughly a month. It glitches each time you try to sign in again. I've found the only solution is to uninstall the app completely and then install again. Once reinstalled, you can sign in just fine. Then repeat the process after a month.

App is useless! can no longer place a mobile order as screen is stuck on scan or scan and pay only in store. Have raised tge issue on countless occasions with Starbucks customer services and despite uninstalling App, clearing cache and reinstalling the app, the issue has still not been resolved. No help from customer services and is a real inconvenience having to queue in store to order and pay in the mornings. such a disappointment that I am forced to shop elsewhere on most days!

Very slow to open, and good luck if you are in an area with poor mobile coverage. Why does the app have to upload/download data before it opens? Barcode often won't scan in Starbucks branches.

It's still stingy rewards and having to spend a fortune to get a free coffee, well my data is expensive to buy so what about profit sharing instead, I would happily let you have access to my coffee buying habits for say 2pc share of the profits, how does that sound? Don't worry I wont get my hopes up...

Whenever I want to use this app, it doesn't work. What's the point of collecting points if I can't access them? It's slow to load (if it loads at all), too clumsy and not intuitive in the way it's organised, and more trouble than it's worth. Really.
App that decides it doesn't want to work anymore, email contact whose inbox is no longer monitored, customer service on the website that doesn't answer/resolve queries, utterly terrible. I had over £100 on my account which I can no longer access through the app. Expected far better from Starbucks, I guess it's time to move over the Costa
