app would not allow me to access anything stating it couldn't verify my age with the play store after crashing several times over a few weeks
age verification? I have been using the app for like 6 years and my Google account confirmed it doesn't need me to verify so why does this app specifically not work all the sudden. Does this mean if your under 18 you cant use the app anymore either? Do you have to be over 18 to go into a Starbucks now?
i thought just the company was trash, but the app is too lmao. I put my address in, saved it, and proceeded to order. everytime I added something to my cart it kicked me back and id have to put my address in again. finally after 20 minutes of adding my address over and over I gave up on ordering entirely. I juat wanted to use a gift card I was gifted but I guess that will just sit on the account forever untouched now.

App capitalizes on a token system so you inevitably have to give any left over money if you want to stop using the app.
Deceiving promos
I was logged in. But when I clicked on a notification about a promo, the app opened with "we are experiencing technical difficulties, you have been logged out, lig back in". Yet EVERY time I try logging back in, the app refuses my log in. Nothing but a steady stream of errors when logging in or being forced to change my password. Horrible app. And your "newx rewards, worse than ever.

very annoying that you are unable to use the remaining balance on a gift card. you're forced to reload a large amount or order in store.

bonus star points are not always given. This current one says any refresher, mocha, or hot breakfast item. Ive purchased. Ive purchased 4 refreshers and a white mocha and all that was given was 2. What a rip off!
App is great, but rewards leave a lot to be desired. Starbucks rewards seem to be consistently degrading. Not A fan and finding less and less reason/desire to visit any Starbucks.
Not sure as it didn't remember my password for over 20 years.
