This app is not allowing me to load. As I can't access my Starling account my phone plan has not been renewed. What can I do?

Business bank application is a bit comedic. Ask questions that don't necessarily have clear answers and then decline an application with no reasons given or ability to talk to a real person. Suggest try elsewhere and save sharing lots of GDPR information for no good reason. Classically someone is employed to cut a paste a generic response to reviews, but not to give an actual reason for declining a new business bank account...
Update 2: The app is still far too eager to log me out (still not enough time to make a coffee) and your reply indicates you dont seem understand. It logs me out (to the PIN screen) after 2 minutes of doing other things. Seriously irritating and NOTHING to do with my security, thats a poor excuse. Virtual cards are still the only thing keeping me using it.
WARNING starling will report you to cifas for fraud even if you not doing fraud because I did not confirm my ID iam who I say I'm starling think I'm not now I got my soiltors involved don't join this bank
pathetic customer service ...avoid at all costs call up get customer service ,ask a question and sorry can I speak to that department then please ... answer back no this is only place you can speak to someone. truly pathetic
with lots of hope try to move one from monese acount to this bank and getting the answer i am not allowed to open account no more explanation just simple can't. The company won't give any more explanation except you cannot open account that's it, i wonder witch one try out next...?
this is the 1st ever bank did not open me account. plus no reason was provided. throw the app in the bin.
Very unsettled, after spending all that time setting up and account and ordering a card the next time I logged into the account to activate the card it forced me to order a new one. Yeah that definitely won't cause any problems.
